Pros (+) They were super accommodating with my extremely late check out, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable.
Cons (-) The pool was drained but that’s no fault of the staff

Pros (+) Close to Cedar Point.
Cons (-) Front desk staff was more concerned with their phones than helping customers. Rooms were clean although toilet paper was not restocked. The soap is some nasty fragrance from Bath & Body Works. No free breakfast or coffee.

Pros (+) Overall, the hotel was great. I stayed here about 8 years ago prior to the renovations. The hotel looks and feels like it should cost more than it does. The beds are fairly comfortable and the room was very clean. My top cover had a few stains on it, but I’m super observant and I’m positive that the majority of folks wouldn’t notice. The stains didn’t appear to be bodily fluids so I’m not super co...
Cons (-) The only thing I really disliked was how spread out the hotel felt. The elevators are around two corners which are kind of a pain when you’re lugging everything in. No one told me I could’ve moved my car to the other entrance to be closer to the elevator. Beyond that, I wish there was an indoor pool, but that’s not enough to sway my decision about the hotel either way.
