Pros:They were super accommodating with my extremely late check out, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable.
Cons:The pool was drained but that’s no fault of the staff

Pros:Close to Cedar Point.
Cons:Front desk staff was more concerned with their phones than helping customers. Rooms were clean although toilet paper was not restocked. The soap is some nasty fragrance from Bath & Body Works. No free breakfast or coffee.

9.1 Wonderful
Pros:Overall, the hotel was great. I stayed here about 8 years ago prior to the renovations. The hotel looks and feels like it should cost more than it does. The beds are fairly comfortable and the room was very clean. My top cover had a few stains on it, but I’m super observant and I’m positive that the majority of folks wouldn’t notice. The stains didn’t appear to be bodily fluids so I’m not super concerned. It’s about 2 miles from Cedar Point on the same road and comes with some perks for being a hotel guest. Overall I highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for a very nice, yet lower-cost lodging option.
Cons:The only thing I really disliked was how spread out the hotel felt. The elevators are around two corners which are kind of a pain when you’re lugging everything in. No one told me I could’ve moved my car to the other entrance to be closer to the elevator. Beyond that, I wish there was an indoor pool, but that’s not enough to sway my decision about the hotel either way.

Pros:We loved bow close the hotel was to cedar point and ability to purchase cheaper park tickets that also allowed us to get into the park early
Cons:The room we had was not in the best shape. There were obvious signs of age/wear and tear. Beds were not very comfortable either but for a short drive from the park, it is a good hotel to crash at before driving home

Pros:Close to the bar I went to. Pictures of Cedar Point Rollercoasters above the beds.
Cons:Overpriced basic "Days Inn" room. Check in at 4pm, check out at 11am, so you pay a lot for 19 hours. Housekeeping came knocking on our door shortly after 9am wondering why we haven't checked out yet. Also, I showed up at 1pm and asked if I could check in early, but was told I had to wait until 4pm, even though the guy in front of me didn't have to. If you want a cheap room for your trip to Cedar Point, look at the hotels on Rt. 250, such as LA Quinta Inn, which have the same rooms for half the price. If you have the money, I'd stay at Kalahari.

Pros:Proximity to Cedar Point.
Cons:Dated room, broken lights, broken luggage racks, overall upkeep of the hotel. You pay for 3 stars, but you end up with 2. It is really close to Cedar Point, and a few restaurants though.

Pros:Convenience to the park, outside eateries. Pool and whitlpool located on the oermises. Housekeeping staff was great with their daily services.
Cons:Cedar Point Breakers Express need to update the rooms. The rooms are old and need some attention. An iron and an ironing board should be in the room. I had to call to ask for an iron/ironing board of which was never delivered. I had to walk to the front desk and advise that I waited 30 minutes. Customers travel a distance to get to the hotel, their are no ammenties such as microwave, or a fridge. It's not like they have an eatry located on the main floor of the hotel. Gift shop/convenience store is nice, but an eatry would provide more revenue for the hotel.
