Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved the rural location, all the comforts of home, and the friendly staff who took care of our every need. The rooms are impeccably clean and the views from each window are spectacular.
Cons: There wasn't a single thing we didn't like.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything! The house and surroundings are really beautiful and well kept. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom decor very much in keeping with the location. So charming!
Cons: Can't really fault anything.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Super friendly host Excellent breakfast Great views Really quiet
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location, the historic stone of the building, previous farm house, cleanliness, great breakfast and evening snacks when we arrived late. Most importantly the kindness of the owners the whole stay and especially their helping me find a dentist when needed
Cons: Nothing I can think of
Excellent 10.0
Pros: this was my best hotel on my trip! very hospitable hostess and wonderful atmosphere as if you were at home. They even prepared mulled wine for me, although they don't make it in Spain, and it was so good! :) The fire in the stove is cozy. I will return if possible. Above all praise. I highly recommend it!
Cons: -
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful historic property on the outskirts of Santiago de Compostela. Really friendly staff and a well designed bedroom and good facilities. Would highly recommended.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The hotel did not disappoint in its acuality to description, some antiquity but blended with modern touches. The room and bed were comfortable. Although not advertised we were able to order an evening meal which was very tasty and of extremely generous portions. Similarly, breakfast was smashing and again, most generous. The staff both in the evening and at breakfast were most helpful and Mum (who did the cooking of the evening meal) is a star.
Cons: The roadside signage has been overgrown with Ivy and is difficult to see, hence our driving past, twice.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Very friendly owners. Warm welcome. Cosy place - loved it! Thanks Sophia
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very nice room. Loved the breakfast. Well run family operation. "Welcome" is understood literally here. Very good Wi-Fi.
Cons: Nada.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: We booked one of the villa's which had a living room downstairs and a bedroom upstairs. It had a small private terrace and a small fridge to keep your drinks cold. Clean and comfortable.
Cons: We missed a small kitchenette. The staff was uninterested and not so welcoming. Also, although the weather was hot (for Northern European standards that is) there was no airconditioning. The hotel either has heating or airconditioning. A week before we arrived they decided to switch to heating which meant uncomfortable sticky nights for us. This information was not on booking.com or on the hotel website. Otherwise we wouldn't have booked this hotel. So if you need heating or airconditioning in inbetween seasons than this hotel may not be for you.
Good 7.0
Pros: The size of the room, the cleaness, comfortable bed.
Cons: The advert on Booking.com was misleading as it stated that there was a swimming pool (which was closed), a transfer bus (which wasn't operating) and even gym wasn't open and had to be booked beforehand. Also some members of the staff seemed to have different approach to different clients.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We took the Villa room, which was completely independent with its own parking space. There was a living room with sofa, spacious room and not far from the main building to access the restaurant. It was excellent choice if driving by car and you want a good room directly in front of where you parked ( to unload/load etc)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: everything
Cons: nothing, all good
Excellent 10.0
Pros: elegant and sophisticated
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great room size and very comfortable bed. Super clean, spacious and modern bathroom.
Cons: Could not control the air conditioning in the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Spacious and comfortable room for a family: 2 bedroom villa with balcony where you can have dinner and private car parking accessible from the room. Shuttle bus service to Santiago is very convenient. There is a restaurant "a la carte" and a bar for having a burger or similar. You can also have dinner in the swimming bar if so wanted (only the bar menu). Burger and sandwiches are good enough
Cons: Small swimming pool, specially with COVI19 restrictions in place, You need to book your time in the swimming in advance and you do not always get the ideal time you want.

Cons: airco didn t work - room felt like a sauna
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I loooved the room!! Incredibly comfortable bed! I wanted to stay another day! So cozy! Nice bathtub
Cons: Breakfast
Good 7.0
Pros: Big room with comfort mattress
Cons: The reception didn’t pick up the phone. We attempted to reach them more than 5 times about not enough hangers in the wardrobe. We requested a taxi but reception didn’t write down the number of taxi, therefore didn’t know which one is our taxi.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel was a great choice on a weekend getaway in Santiago de Compostela. We (a couple with a kid) spent two days visiting the city and stayed one night at the hotel. It is spotless clean, is modern (is a business hotel) and has all the amenities (including an indoor garage that was very convenient on a chilly autumn night). The room is spacious, the beds very comfortable and it has a large bathroom. The breakfast was also very, very good. The hotel is at a short driving distance from the city historical center.
Cons: The room, although big and comfortable, has only two power outlets. One beside the bed and one behind the TV. It's unthinkable that, nowadays, a person does not have a few electronics to charge overnight. It should have at least one power outlet beside each "sleeping spot" (we were three guests).
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff and room
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Convenient parking at the hotel. Walking distance to the historic center of Santiago via the historic pathway. Nice room window fully opening with full sights into the hills surrounding the city. Hotel located a short distance from the mayor highways. Rooms are good sized with comfortable beds, modern look and feel, bars and restaurants walking distance from the hotel.
Cons: Bad breakfast buffet. Would have liked a bar to hang out, relax and have tapas at the hotel. Having a pool and a gym would have been a plus.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Nothing special
Cons: Toaster slow. Coffee machine slow
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good location, pleasant and professional staff, great views from hotel windows
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was outstanding! Clean & sanitized rooms. Only suggestion was more plugs for electronics.
Cons: More plugs
Excellent 9.2
Clean room, nice hotel, 24 hr front desk
Excellent 8.0
Pros: If you book through a company such as booking.com, they refuse some of the services you would get if you book directly through their website.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: the breakfast was a bit poor , anyway the staff kindness makes me rate them with 5 stars . Thanks for a great weekend
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This small hotel is really good. It is within easy walking distance of the city centre and the staff work hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: 1. Bea, the hotel's host and multitasker, was absolutely amazing! One of those people who never stops until your needs are met. She went above and beyond. 2. The hotel had a great location (except for being right on the main road) and it was easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast was simple and just what was needed to start your day.
Cons: Proximity to main thoroughfare made it noisy with no a/c and having to keep windows open. But Bea was great at getting us a fan and getting us a different room for our second stay a week later.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Bea the manager/host was the best. Very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was also great.
Cons: Although it was a very central location, it was a bit noisy on a count of it being next to a very busy street.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: So disappointed!! Firstly given the wrong code to re-enter & was locked out on mid day sun. Reception closes at 3pm!!!! Had to phone Spanish number for assistance & waited in a bar next door. Could not go out again as I wS not given new/ correct code to return!!@@ Also when I arrived in my room, shower soap holder was on the floor....the handbasin dis not empty correctly...so brushing your teeth was difficult unless you waited!!! This morning.....the shower unit broke in off !!! I complained to Reception & received free nice breakfast but was SO DISAPPOINTED as all the hostels which I stayed in for 15 nights previously were excellent & so.e one fifth of price of Hotel Santa Clara....which was supposed to be Mt treat after finishing the Camino Portuguese. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!! Hostels are so much better.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Simple and clean the room assigned to me was perfect for my stay. Position perfect close to the heart of the town (650 m from the cathedral), to the best veggie restaurant I selected for my dinners and to the meeting point of my excursion to Finisterre/Costa de la Muerte. Easy to access and with a charming receptionist (Beatriz) who helps you for everything you need. I recommend this place if you want to relax at the end of your Camino or simply if you concentrate this in two-days as I’ve done.
Cons: nothing

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room and the staff were great. Value for money at best.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: A convenient location with parking right below the hotel
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Hotel with underground car park - which was important to us. 1 night stay only. 24 hour reception which was important when checking out at 5am. Room clean, quite spacious, on a busy street.
Cons: nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellent breakfast (at extra cost, but worth it). Rooms are comfy and well kept.
Cons: Quite far from the center and the Cathedral. No parking, and what you find is quite a few minutes to walk.
Good 7.0
Cons: There were people of the bar and it was noisy. Staff told me that was a special time of some Irish but noisy
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Stuff extremely nice and helpful! Was very clean and comfortable. Good for short stays!
Cons: Was a bit far from the city
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Size of hotel room was good and bed was comfortable.
Cons: Location was 1.5 miles away from the Cathedral. Too expensive for what it was.
Excellent 8.8
I stayed here for 2 times, on different days. 1st night I stayed in a double room, the room is really spacious on an attic with sofa and bathtub. Really comfortable! 2nd night I stayed in a single room, a smaller room on the attic and it is still enjoyable. The location of the hotel is about 20 mins walk from Santiago Compostela, which is rather far for me. Location from this hotel is walking distance to the bus station which is convenient to take a bus to airport as well as to Muxia or Finisterra. Near to this hotel is a beautiful quiet park. Highly recommend this hotel if you prefer to stay nearer to the main bus station.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Confortable ,easy to park the car on the street , Shops and Big supermarket very clóse.
Cons: A bit far from city center.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Thé location was great, room was cleaned, and all the sraffs are very friendly and helpful.
Cons: It was so nosy during night time. I could hear all the sound ‘close and open doors, toilets flushing sounds, bed creaking sounds in other rooms’ Also I made a booking as ‘My first name +my husband family name’ But I have a name on invoice ‘ My first name + middle name+ my surname before marriage.´ If I have a different person with the booking? It’s not present without asking.
Good 7.0
Pros: The room was clean and confortable. Breakfast is ok. They have a expresso machine but you can't order one, you need to drink the coffee from the lounge automatic machine that isn't a expresso
Cons: The Hotel is inside a shopping mall, the lifts are a litle bit small. Carpet on the floor, altougth it was clean, I really don't like it at all. Got a double bed single room with skeaquing bed... yes I tried them both. Tried to prepay with a virtual credit card before my stay, but I was always refused. Had to pay on check-out with a debit card, each is always very time consuming depending on how many peolle are at checking out at that time. At the breakfast lounge they have a expresso machine but you can't order one, you need to drink the coffee from the lounge automatic machine that isn't a expresso our even what I would call a bad coffee by the Portuguese standard...
Good 7.0
Pros: It was very clean, good location. Was comfortable and the mini fridge was appropriately stocked. The staff were great and very helpful.
Cons: Lighting in room seemed inadequate. Room size could have been a little larger. Services mentioned (food room service) were not complete/accurately stated. Not a big deal though. Wanted to extend stay by a day and the staff mentioned there was no availability till I mentioned to him that booking.com had it available, after which the misinformation was addressed. Overall I would still recommend this property for a stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Convenient location to park for free your car and walk to the city centre. There is a big supermarket downstairs, and cafes and shops.
Cons: Breakfast could be more varied. To get to the rooms you could not use stairs after breakfast, but only a lift fitting 1 person at a time. The stairs should be accessible to reach the rooms upstairs.
Good 7.0
Pros: To be in the comercial center and the facilites
Cons: A bit dar from the city center
Good 7.0
Pros: located almost in a shopping center and easy access into town from a nearby bus stop.
Cons: Parking was free public during much of weekend, but paid shopping centre otherwise. Not so expensive.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location to central activities and access off/on hwy if driving. Staff super friendly !! (this property is located in medium sized "mall/market") Very clean, quiet and secured. Many thanks!
Cons: "that I couldn't stay longer" :(
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff, building, and location was awsome! Only one thing I felt inconvenienced was the bath looked not that clean. However, overall was so nice!

Pros: No problems 😊
Cons: Excellent location. Quiet. Felt special to finish the Camino in such a lovely place.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was perfect.
Cons: A special place to end the Camino, on a bee-line with the old city centre.
Okay 5.2
If you choose single room, you may feel scared. Because the room looks like prison... But the price is really cheap, I can accept that.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: The best part is that you are staying in a real seminary-- this building is incredible and unless you stay in a castle or some other Unesco heritage type building that wasn't originally a hotel, then you cannot have such a special experience. The price/location ratio is fantastic.
Cons: It's pretty no frills, but I got a single and it wasn't too small and had its own bathroom and shower. It was clean. My recommendation for travelers with more than a shoe string budget is to stay here at least 1 day but best is 2 days and then shell out and enjoy some luxury; yet at the same time if money were no object and I could stay at the Reyes Catolicos suite, I would still spend a night or two here. This is no ordinary experience.

Excellent 8.3
Pros: Seems quieter than other Albergues on the Camino as bunk beds are sectioned into smaller rooms. Adequate bathroom and shower facilities. Nice colorful common areas. Helpful and friendly staff at the reception. There’s no rush to push guests out the front door in the morning, making it ideal for pilgrims who have just arrived and what a bit of a relaxed morning.
Cons: It’s a bit of a walk from the center. You have to pay to use the stove top but it’s not expensive.
Okay 5.8
Cons: Nothing in the area around, far away from everything
Okay 5.4
Cons: Esoteric symbols and music, which was not described on the internet. The music was playing even in the sleeping part. Accomodation was for low price, but there were extra fees for using kitchen devices, which I did not experience in similar types of accommodation.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Their decorations are cool
Cons: They charge for cooking and besides there’s no socket in their room. And they only provided one key for our 6 people group
Good 6.3
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: No doors, only hangings and all sleeping rooms have been connected like shower cabines or toilet cabines. As consequence was there no protection from snorring from other rooms and also no good safety feeling because stealing things could have been very easy. The sleeping area seemed also not really good ventilated as consequence the smell of the pilgrim's shoes was everywhere. One toilet and two shower cabines per gender were to less.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: A place with"Atmosphäre";nice Place to be
Cons: I didn't know
