Pros: Location is great. Quiet and secluded, but easy walk to city center. Warm and welcoming staff. Very pleasant gathering room and garden courtyard.

Pros: All the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The front desk staff seemed to show a genuine interest in our day or plans to come, Kelly always mentioned other ideas or have her view of ours. We will definitely be staying here again.

Pros: We usually stop half way from Charlotte, NC to Orlando on our family visits, but we have never found a better place than this. It is right in the middle of the historic district and the employees are top notch! The breakfast is fantastic! It reminds me of an upscale European B and B. Highly recommended!!
Cons: No espresso machine! Wah wah. In Spain, France, and Italy you can find espresso (they just call it a caffe') in many hotels of this size. BUT if this is all I found wrong with this place you had better make that reservation!!

Pros: The service was amazing. Anna was probably to most friendly innkeeper we’ve ever had. Such a good resource as far as food suggestions to finding a good spot for us to park. Always asked how our day was. So great!!
Cons: Bed was comfortable but just a little noisy. My husband is a big guy and we had the Versailles Court sweet with the king sized bed. I don’t think he was comfy since he kept moving around. I wish the tubs filled with water a little quicker. It took a long time to fill up.

Pros: The room was charming, spacious and nice. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff excellent.
Cons: If you like a hot shower...you're not getting one here. The water was warm at best. We didn't even turn on the cold side and it was still just warm. The building is old (charming) so you can hear the people above you moving around.

Pros: Good location with parking available. The sensor in the parking garage was not working properly so we were credited the $12 charge for our trouble. Staff was friendly; lobby, exterior, and room were clean.
Cons: The breakfast is one you would expect in moderate hotels for free. At $13 we chose to walk to a restaurant downtown as did most patrons based on the empty breakfast area.

Pros: The hotel was lovely and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The location couldn't be better for exploring historic Savannah. The pool was small but clean, and I loved that it was saltwater not chlorine. The valet parking is pricey at $28, but there is a garage across the street that only cost $12 and the staff was quick to suggest it when I balked at the cost of the valet.

Pros: The indoor pool is small , and on the cool side , but it was January.They are under construction,but it was quiet and is in NEED of updating .Clean , staff was super friendly,breakfast cafe is low quality,outdated,had the feel of a motel.Had I not got a great deal on this hotel,I would've been hugely disappointed.My Daughter goes to S.C.A.D ,So I've been to many hotels in the historic center,this is on the bottom of my list of places to stay.

Cons: It was indicated that breakfast was part of the deal...and it was for $13.00 per person. The worst was having to pay for parking ACROSS the street from the hotel. Made loading and unloading a pain.

Pros: Location was excellent, right off Hwy 16, downtown Savannah was entirely walkable within 10 min. Clean rooms, strong wifi. Hotel staff kindly let us bring our bicycles into the room.
Cons: Hotel has a parking deck but charges $12/day. Buffet breakfast was ok, and costs $13. Shower head was a little messed up and sprayed in all directions, but could've been a fluke just in our room.

Cons: Was in a room that had a door that adjoined to the next room that seemed very thin. At 5am could hear the people in the adjoining room so clearly it sounded like they were in the room with me. TV remote did not work, and the clock had not been set for the current time. Most hotels will allow a 1hr late checkout . . . Not here! And noticed what appeared to be a small patch of mold in the bathroom.

Pros: The parking was on ground floor and convenient, glad we didn't have to go across the street. WE were able to walk around easily, room was clean but not drop dead gorgeous but nice. Staff VERY friendly and accommodating.

Pros: The hotel itself is in a great location. Check-in was easy and parking was not too expensive although there is no self parking.
Cons: The hotel is definitely old and way overpriced. We understand that it is a Hilton but for the price on a fairly average weekend I could've stayed even closer to downtown and probably had a newer and cleaner room.

Pros: We really liked the walking proximity to everything. If you walk, bring a backpack for water and stuff you buy. The staff was Southern hospitality at it's Savannah best. The hotel was clean and they provided plenty of towels for the pool. For downtown, the rate wasn't bad. The railroad museum, a revolutionary war battlefield, and the Savannah Visitor's Center are right there.
Cons: I thought there could have been a continental breakfast in there and some clarification on how/where to park would be nice. If you don't do the $18 for valet, then you'll pay about $5 less (a day) for the city parking garage across the street ( it does depend on what part of the week it is for what you pay). There is only one choice of pillow and that's squishy.
