Pros (+) Arrived Friday and they gave us our room early at no extra charge. The front desk staff was above and beyond amazing! Room was clean and we had upgraded to the arch view. They were "under construction...

Pros (+) The location was superb for being near the arch. The staff was excellent and changed my room for the second night to the top so I could see the arch, it was awesome!
Cons (-) Room 500 "with an arch view". It was the back wall of the pool building!
