Pros (+) Whilst the bed maybe comfortable the stay is not. We had to be moved as the ac in the first room was even louder that the street and train noise. Handy to have a washing machine and dryer.
Cons (-) We requested feather pillows and wool or feather doonas when we booked this hotel many moneths ago. Housekeeping decided since their artificial microfibre pillows and doona that we are allergic too were covered in cotton that it was fine. We purchased feather pillows. This is the first time a hotel has not provided them for us. The noise from the trains and traffic is extremely high, no double gla...
