Pros: The flight got cancelled without any communication with me. No refund, very poor customer service.

Pros: NOTHING because they cancelled the flight and wanted to charge me 100% more for an alternate flight during the corona virus crisis. They were price gouging which is unforgivable

Cons: Their leadership has much to do in terms of their actions in a pandemic situation. Shame on them!!!

Pros: I could not fly. No return ticket on march 23, 2020. Justfly.com did not help me

Pros: The price was good. The staff really tried to help, but the restrictions from TAP headquarters made them effectively powerless

Cons: The flight was canceled last minute. TAPs phone support were not allowed to reschedule anyone on alternate carriers, but told me that the check in agents had that power. Meanwhile, the check in agents in Boston had been banned by TAP headquarters to rebook anyone on other carriers, and were unaware that the phone support were giving the passengers conflicting information. In the end I was automatically rebooked for a flight 72 hours later (not realistic for me...). I gave up and headed home from the airport after 2 hours. People who needed help with hotel bookings (not me luckily) most likely had to wait in line a lot longer than that

Pros: Missed the connection because TAP from Vienna arrrives late. The cre who received us at Lisbon airport was very helpful

Cons: Seats were atrociously uncomfortable for a 6'1" man. Less than zero leg room due to ridiculously tight row spacing and non-reclining seatbacks. Had to attempt to cram in sideways - resulting in serious pain by the time the flight finally landed. Intercom system, especially from the captain, was painfully grating and loud. Boarding was extremely slow, in part because gate personnel made no effort whatsoever to police and enforce the four-group boarding process (premium - no carry-on - group A - group B). People boarded whenever they felt like it, many carrying on huge backpacks and multiple other pieces. Will definitely avoid TAP in future.

Pros: nothing - they misinformed me left and right so I couldnt make properly informed decisions and then denied me boarding and told me to pay for a new flight after having spent over 750 and 3 days 2 nights at the airport due to the mishaps.

Cons: staff that gives the correct information so u can properly plan for the check in and boarding procedures and compassion to advocate to let me onto the flight they made me jump thru hoops just to get onto.

Cons: There was no entertainment , no food for a 4 hour flight. The flight is more expensive than other airlines. I will not recommend or flight with them again. The flight was full and I think the route is profitable to them. I guess if you can exploit people, why not do it.
