The staff was exceptionally neighborly and accommodating, particularly the reception staff . Almost the room, the interior was exceptionally clean. The view from the inn was astounding. Uzbekistan kitchens, particularly those pads, are difficult to forget. We are exceptionally upbeat to be here again. Exceptionally decent and calm lodging with exceptionally great staff, I particularly need to specify the staff at the front work area called Feruza. I need to thank her for the amazing benefit exceptionally proficient, affable and speedy to assist me bargain with any of my issues. Pros: Quite ok hotel. Room was nice, very good conditioning and very convenient bed and pillow. Really nice breakfast with a great variety of dishes of different cuisines, which is really something you won't find in many places. Swimming pool for those who is interested.

Cons: This hotel belongs to the world chain, which puts certain obligations on the equipment and the level overall. In my room there were 3 plugs and one did not work. The bathroom equipment is very old and chattered. The water steam is very unstable. The internet is a disaster! It goes for the whole country though, but I suppose definitely something is possible to be done inside the hotel, which is used by many international tourists. And the last: the hotel is ready to organise the transfer from the airport for 25USD. This is ok, unless you know the real price or the taxi is ca 15000 SOM, which equals to ca 1,5-2 USD)))

We visited this hotel as part of a small group tour of Uzbekistan and it proved a very good base. We stayed for two nights at the start of our journey and one night at the end. The bedrooms were very spacious and the beds were large and comfortable. The bathroom was also large and well equipped. The room was very clean and had good/free WiFi reception. We had one evening meal in the hotel. The food was OK but the evening was spoiled by having TV projected onto a large screen in the dining room. Why do hotels do this? We found this very intrusive, even though we sat with our backs to the screen. We had two full breakfasts which were good with the added bonus of a chef preparing fresh omelettes and eggs. Good choice of breads and cereals. Good fruit juices and a range of hot drinks, although the coffee was not as good as the tea. We had a very early start on two mornings and the staff had prepared an early breakfast for us. This was very welcome and more than adequate. We weer able to stroll out and see some local sights. All in all a good base from which to start and end our incredibly enjoyable trip to Uzbekistan.

The quality of accommodation, the hotel corresponds to the stated level. The rooms are clean, furniture in good condition, European breakfasts, and friendly staff. The city has a huge number of delicious restaurants, do not be lazy and leave the hotel. Nice pool and gym, saunas and all that. In general, everything you need for a comfortable stop in Tashkent. Good hotel for a short stay. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a fuse blow in our room and they sent someone immediately to come and fix it. Accomadation was clean. Breakfast was an amazing spread. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was very good, the hotel was clean and tidy, and the decoration changed from the original traditional style to the international style. Everything you need, local and international food, the hotel's bars and cafes are also worth recommending. The only minor drawback is that some waiters are not careful enough. Despite having enough staff, it took me a long time to get the bill when I paid the bill, and everything was very pleasant. I am very surprised by the hospitality of all the staff of the hotel. She greets all the guests in the lobby. Thank you very much for all the people who made me have a good time at the hotel.

I am very pleased with this hotel. We stayed 3 nights during our travels over a 10 day period. Helpful and friendly staff on the reception desk who spoke good English. The rooms we had on two occasions were recently refurbished. Very clean, spotless bed linen, clean carpets and rooms were a fair size but not overly large, with large bed, desk and chair, wardrobe with a couple of drawers and a safe and a long shelf for bits and pieces. Bottled water, tea and coffee making facilities provided. Good size bathrooms recently refurbished with nice towels and toiletries. On the third occasion we stayed we were upgraded to a junior suite, lovely and roomy with a settee. Breakfast extremely good and plentiful. Plenty of fresh fruits, yogurts, cold meats, cheeses, salads, eggs cooked to order, various breads, cakes, biscuits and sweets. My only criticism would be the cost of drinks at the bar and the price of the dinner in the evening. Because of this we only ate in the restaurant once. Items in the mini bar were extremely overpriced (even for a mini bar) so we did not purchase them. All the staff were friendly and helpful and efficient. Free WiFi which was speedier than most we had encountered on other hotels in Uzbekistan. Subway/metro station 2 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons: I believe a pair of earrings was taken from my belongings on the first day I was there. The food at breakfast was the same every day. An omelet bar or waffle station would be nice. To access the pool you have to walk outside the building and down the block to get to it. An inside access would be nice. The breakfast room is a solarium. It gets vary hot in there after the sun rises over the building next door. It was great when we ate at 7 a.m.

Pros: The hotel is up to Radisson standards and the rooms are well functioning. The nicest part of the hotel is the pool area outside with its outdoor restaurant and grilling area. The hotel is near a metro station and several office buildings. The staff was Friendly and helpful.

Cons: The property isn’t new and feels a little bit musty. The view from my room also wasn’t very appealing. Check-in was rather difficult because the staff required not only my passport but also my visa and also my Covid test. Lots of overkill in requiring documentation just to sleep in a bed for the night.

Pros: Location: Walking distance to Tashkent TV Tower, Central Asian Plov Center and Intermed Innovation Lab (for travelers’ covid tests requirements). Other sites are accessible via Yandex ride service. Facilities: I love the ambiance of the poolside restaurant. Food and drink selection is great including the breakfast buffet. Staff: Very friendly and helpful.

This is my first time in Uzbekistan. I found myself surrounded mostly by young, enthusiastic and highly professional staff. Every body was kind and attentive, always ready to serve and give of their time to listen and help in any way possible. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. The common areas at the lobby were more than suitable for relaxing and chatting. There was a lot of effort put into providing a Christmas feel and warmth that made one feel close to home. The hotel provides a banking facility for exchanging money at current international rates. The only thing I would suggest in improving is the variety of food available in the breakfast buffet. A special recognition goes out to the front floor lobby staff, Kamila and Robiya were most helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Merry Christmas Tashkent and all my best wishes for you.

Cons: Place really looked tired and needed some good upgrade. Previous time we have stayed in Miran, we were given much better room matching to expected 5 star standards. This time we got rundown unit with cracked tiles and filthy bath matt in the bathroom, no lights at the entrance of the room and no power adapter for their TV unit to get it switched on. Out of 3 person at the front desk only one really knew how to smile, the rest were forcefully mimicking attempt to grin. Sad, very sad to have so-called 5 star establishment at this condition. Above all aircon in the room is fixed to the temperature of their choice. We couldn't change it and had to sleep with open windows. Perhaps, that is their norm. I wish them only the best in their business, hopefully they will improve.

Excellent level of service. My room was huge. My bed was, it's connected 2 two-spans. Bathroom with toilet is also large. And what's the perfect cleanliness in all the rooms. The most important hotel is located in the center of the city, and there is a nearby café, restaurants, parks, museums, palaces of various kinds. Well, the restaurant with gourmet cuisine, and no words. I liked the different soups very much and, on the second, chic juicy meat dishes, for dessert the ice cream is very tasty. I highly recommend, I advise everyone - everyone should stay at this hotel. and be sure to visit the restaurant. The pool was at my disposal, and for me the whole pool.

Miran International is one of the upscale hotels of Tashkent. Hotel is clean and very well decorated with good materials. Lobby is spacious, the restaurant on the ground floor offers a very rich selection of food at breakfast, and a wide selection of delicious local and international cuisine for lunch and dinner. The restaurant has tables on the outside including the Uzbek traditional seating. The small cafe in the lobby has a good selection of tea, coffee and soft drinks while cakes and pastries are more limited. In order to be served there, one needs to catch the waiters who are always busy on the restaurant side. I will definitely stay here again.

Rooms: large but empty with no decorations. walls between the rooms are made of plywood, you can hear your nighboursnighbours snoring. Breakfast: don't expect buffet, it will be served to you. Cleaning: you need to ask, otherwise no daily cleaning. Staff: excellent, very friendly and welcoming. in addition, there is construction works going on, can wake you up in the morning.

The room was large and well equipped, the bathroom and the room itself were cleaned very clean. I think the staff is very friendly and the front desk and check-in desk are very helpful and generous. I arrived early in the morning. Before the regular registration time, I arrived shortly. They arranged the room for me and provided a breakfast. Any questions will be dealt with immediately and give me advice about Tashkent and nearby hotels. There are even German TV channels. Breakfast is self-service, very good, even very early, as a special service. Very good value for money, I will definitely come again.

Pros: The easy check-in and check-out. Staff are so friendly as they helped me with advices about the tour in the city as well as good recommendations about nearby restaurants and coffees. Their is a big and beautiful park right behind the hotel which is suitable for children and it has a big boats lake in the middle. There is an amazing outdoor restaurant on the right side of the hotel entrance.

Cons: The pillow were totally uncomfortable that I used the towels and I made them like pillows instead of the bed pillows. I strongly advise hotel management to replace the pillows with another comfortable once.

The location of Hotel Uzbekistan is great, the central place Amir Tamara Circle from where you can go by walk to the Independence Square, galleries, museums and a nearby supermarket. The perfect location for foreign visitors like me. It saved me a lot of time going around the city to visit places in Tashkent, the green, and well-maintained city. The park which is in front of the hotel is a nice place to walk and relax oneself. The rooms in the hotel are large and clean. The bathroom and the shower were great. The food served was good. The surroundings provided a comfortable stay. I greatly recommended this hotel to foreign visitors for its great location.
