Pros (+) A lot of mold in the bathroom. Small rooms. Cleaner surfaces

Pros (+) The price is low, staff are all students and very friendly.
Cons (-) Location is not the best. Especially if you have a car, it is difficult to get there. Also parking facilities are few and not really safe during the night.
