Pros: The hotel is very well located next to the city wall and a nice area... the room was very comfortable, clean, the service was fantastic and the breakfast was great!

Cons: Breakfast included however not a good one, rather disappointing actually. Very smoky hallways despite non smoking rooms. Rooms were clean though no smoke there thank goodness

Pros: The location was just opposite the bell tower and from the reception area was expecting a nice room. Unfortunately we didn't get a room with a decent view, but it was clean. The staff were helpful and when we called with a couple of minor issues, there were no problems.
Cons: Smoking was allowed in most areas of the hotel which meant stinking hallways. They had the most disgusting breakfast room with filthy chairs and sticky tables, the only thing that saved it was the omelette made by the chef which was nice.

Pros: The lobby, room, and bathroom were very nice. The shower was a great surprise, as it was a step up from the normal tub with s curtain. The room was a little nicer than just a standard hotel room in that it had various forms of lighting.
Cons: When we walked in, the smell of cigarette smoke hit us like a ton of bricks. We opened the windows and went out for a little while. Thankfully, when back, the small was gone.
