Cons:
Rental return in San Francisco is not in the rental return building and I was directed to a non existent location 20 minutes away in Burlingame only to find out that the real drop off was at an almost unfindable location on south canal. When I finally did arrive no one was being helped. 2 employees said they were short staffed. It took me a full hour to drop off my car4.8 Mediocre

The car was fairly new.Cons:
The car was dirty. Arrived at the rental place and had to wait while they "cleaned the car" even though I had a reservation. They must have just hosed it down even though it took 20 minutes. The dashboard was covered in dust, there was white residue on the seats, a whole slice of pizza in full view stuck down beside the seat, and pepperoni and cheese in multiple places through the car.6.0 Okay

Jake, the manager, was extremely kind and helpful. I needed to make a change to the reservation halfway through the reserved week and he worked with me to make the change as cheap and easy as possible.10.0 Wonderful

Got there late the place closed at 12 and the enterprise car rental at the airport would not give us a car they never intended on giving us a car at the price stated we had to go to Hurtz rented us a car at 4 times the price I will never deal with enterprise again that is twice they took me and leavening us stranded on Christmas eve that is just bed business if I could give them a rateing of 0 I WOULD GIVE THEM A NAGETIV 10 ENTERPRISE BETTER NEVER CALL ME OR SEND ME ANY KIND OF ADD I WILL CONSEDER IT AS HARASSMENT AND FILE A COMPLAINT AGANST THEM AND PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THESE RIPOFF ARTEST THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME UNHAPPY EX CUSTOMER NEVER AGAIN ENTERPRISE YOU STINK1.9 Poor

The pick up and drop off was pretty easy.Cons:
Old food left from previous renter. This shows how they didn't clean the car beforehand. Also, the previous renter left their paperwork with all of their information in the glove compartment. I shouldn't be able to know the details of the previous renter. Again, shows how they didn't clean or look through the car.2.0 Poor

Never Never Never Never again will I rent from this place! I was assigned a car that was dirty/had stains and smelled of human stench (after the car was left in the hot sun). the company hid stench with/ 4 pine scented hanging on the mirror to distract the stench). It was so disgusting when i got home i had to disinfected all the items i had in the car. Prior to returning the car I had plastic bag on the driver seat. This location scared me for life by renting me a FILTHTY Car............5.6 Fair

Cons:
I reserved a car thru Kayak/Hertz at 8am for an 11am pickup. At 10:54am, as I was standing outside the pickup location, Hertz called to tell me my car would not be ready until 1pm. Unacceptable. The man I spoke with said “he meant to call me earlier.” I’m sorry, you didn’t, so your mistake should not inconvenience me. I walked inside and was told there was a different car available (a step up from what I reserved) and it was $50 more but I could have it for $10 more, or my options were wait til 1pm or go to a different pick up location (the airport). I agreed to pay the $10 because I didn’t want to argue. I should not have had to pay anything. It’s not my fault the car I reserved for the time I specified was not available. If the car wasn’t available, it should have said so upon reservation online, or I should have received a call immediately. The car I got (a Maxima) was fine and clean and was otherwise not a problem. Drop off was easy.Midway
