Pros:
Not much. Efficiency of staff on car return.Cons:
I booked the reservation 3.5 hours before picking it up. At that time, your computerized inventory told you that you had no full-size cars at that location, nor at the 3 other closest locations. So it was completely unethical to accept the reservation, even to quote a price. After 20 minutes and no progress, I finally agreed to accept a Ford F150. The seats are so high that the top of the driver's door is closer in height to the seats than on a true full-size car. I'm just over 6-1, but with short legs and the length of someone 6-4 or 6-5 from my hips up. It was an uncomfortable form of limbo that I needed to use to get in and out of the truck. It will take a few days for my back to recover. Also, the Ford 150 XLT (I think, maybe XLF) is well over 9 feet wide, and of limousine length, making it very difficult to park. Indeed, it didn't really fit in our driveway, either length or width, and we are not allowed to park on the street.10.0 Wonderful

I am always nervous about renting a car. There is always something a little damaged when I receive it. As far as I know there wasn't any problem turning it in. I just wish there would be more transparency of the documentation of the damage. Always take pictures before you leave the lot.2.4 Poor

The staff was friendly, and courteous. But was extremely under staffed. The van I rented ran well For the long wait time (1 hr 15 min), and all the other foul ups, the Rep gave me a gas bonus.Cons:
I already reserved online. So confirmation with the ID and credit card should all be that is needed, but it seems useless. As I had to register as if the online process is worthless. The minivan I rented, was dirty inside, & outside. It had stain marks on the seats, and carpet. The gas was not fullHertz

Pros:
We got a brend new Caravan for 10 days trip. Originally it was SUV for $511.00 but we had an offer to change it for a better car without any hesitation or extra pay. Exelent service. Rep by name Carlo even drove me home after I drop off the car at the office. 12 out of 10. Highly recommended.Cons:

I didn't like the choice of cars made available. Even though I called for a 10:00 pick up, I didn't leave site until 11:00!!. The upsale was a kill joy. You wanted me to upgrade but couldn't handle regular rental. Check out was a nitemare. Salespeople late and not helpful.CarWiz
