Pros:Wel,l my flight out of SFO was delayed by an hour and ~20 minutes, which was the length of my layover in Toronto. The pilot was able to make up some time in the air, but I still had to go through customs, security, and then run through most of the Toronto airport with only 25 minutes (before my flight left, probably even less because they close the doors before take off). I was off the plane at 7:30. My flight to Charlottetown was on-time, leaving at 7:55. The nicest male flight attendant on the plane moved me to a seat right before first class and put my carry-on in the closet at the front so I could be of the first off the plane! I ran through the airport, customs, security and all. I got to the gate at 7:41. The lady at the gate saw me running from far off and asked if I was Michelle. She was so happy that I had made it and let me catch me breath before I boarded. The delay on the first flight was very unfortunate and stress-inducing, but all the Air Canada people I interacted with along the way were very wonderful.

Cons:Air Canada not even offering a snack on a 3 hour flight now. Ridiculous.
Cons:dirt and stuff on floor between floor and wall, bad, never seen that before in a nearly new plane

Pros:The movie selection was fantastic, the check-in and security was quick, the accommodation for my kosher meal was much appreciated.

Pros:Difficult to find employees in the Toronto airport. Security needed to help me locate someone after my plane was delayed causing me to miss my connection. On the way back had a delay again lucky if was my final leg.
