I do not read or speak in Spanish. Only English. When asking for help, the people spoke quickly in English and pointed a lot. I wish they would’ve spoken a little slower for me to understand. There was much confusion and hurried in their message and I was unclear as to where to go

I didn't realize they didn't have bathrooms on the plane. Almost had a very bad situation.

It was confusing because I got a notification that my gate was changed when in reality it wasn’t

No air in the middle rows. Had a hard time breathing. Was dying of heat.

Awful, horrible customer service. Flight got delayed and had to spend y the night in Bogota as a result. Very poor

the flight from Boston to Curitiba was on time actually 30 minutes earlier. latam was not able to unload the luggage for custom checkup in Sao Paulo ii took two and half hours . i missed the flight to Curitiba spend the night in hotel and then flying in the morning to Curitiba

As usual, LATAM tried to rip me off as a Gringo. They ignored the fact that having paid for my assigned seats, I was entitled to one free luggage per person, up to 10kg, and tried to charge me USD40 per item. While they ripped me off by $160 on my outbound flight (4 luggage pieces, which should have been free), I vehemently protested this time around. Note that they only request this from gringos, not from Spanish speakers. LATAM behaves like a racist extortion organization.

This airline is full of junk fees. After paying to get my kids to sit with me, we were asked at the gate to check in our roller bags and pay $40 for each one. Peruvian passengers all took their roller bag in the plane. I don’t appreciate airlines who spot the gringos to tax them more.

Good movies, iffy pay WiFi, food ok- on time though and that was great!

Flight from CLT to DUS via MUC ticketed by United Airlines and operated by Lufthansa. 2nd leg of flight from MUC to DUS was cancelled and no notification provided. At check in , Lufthansa agents at airport were unable to locate record and wanted us to contact United Airlines directly.

Very bad , airplain had problem with engines , had to evacuate, had a delay on my trip for almost 4 hours , lost my rental car in london..

By in large it was a good experience. The flight crew was great and that's the most important to me. Boarding was fine.

There was no in seat entertainment, you had to spend $10 on their wifi which worked poorly at best. You were allowed ONE one oz snack for a 3.5 hour flight. Seats were made for midgets. I am a regular size adult male and I had to wedge myself in. Not a fan.

The seats seem to be a little cramped, and there really is no entertainment unless you use your own device, which I'm not able to do. The flight from LAX to Palm Springs - passengers put small items in the overhead bins, like small backpacks, jackets, purses. When I boarded, the bin over my seat was full and I had to search to find a bin for my roller bag. I noticed hardly anyone had an item stowed under their seat. There should be more guidelines for people to follow.

Due to a cancelled flight the day before this flight only had 44 people. Best flight ever on international route. Food getting better. Can United provide fruit ex apples and bananas for snacks? Crew fantastic.

Overall all good with the flight. Appreciated the extra spacious upper storage for (vertically standing) carry on. Efficient crew, on time departure... What could it be better is the in seat power. No one was working in our row. We were counting on the in seat power to recharge our battery depleted phones. With the dependency we have in our mobile devices nowadays, the availability of in seat power is a must....

Unenthusiastic crew and mediocre food is less than expected in business class. United cabin is very comfortable but they need to up there game to make it the real deal.

This flight was late and did not meet the connecting flight.

American Airlines canceled the flight twice and was unable to facilitate a change of city for us after our travel plans became affected. We lost alot of money due to this and it seems like the airline was trying their best not to facilitate this. Mind you, I am a very loyal member.

Flight operated on tie. However, the in-flight entertainment was inoperative. No special recognition as an Executive Platinum member.

The same with the other leg of the flight. Wi-Fi is more expensive than any other airline I've been on, and the charge is by the hour, not for the whole flight.

Boarding was efficient. On board drink was slow. Temperature was a bit warm in the beginning.

Wheelchair was waiting for me,changed to a better seat which was great as it's hard for me to walk

I hate when you book your seats and then they sick in in other seats when you get there. We were to be in row 9 and was moved to the back of the plane and separated our seats. Great start to a trip

Flight was delayed and American failed to hold my connecting flight for 5 minutes to let me board after running through CLT to get to the gate. The plane was still at the gate. Gate agent could not have cared less
