The whole ordeal was a fiasco, the flight was delayed which made me miss my next flight and I had to spend the night in Munich. The german airlines customer service was very, very, very rude and total jerks. I do not recommend using Lufthansa to anyone.
A lot of room for improvement; delayed boarding and take off, room in a seat…horrible. I was seated by a larger person and had no room to rest my elbows, not to mention her body was partially sitting on my seat. The food was quite poor this time as well. Bathrooms half way down the flight- disgusting….
Boarding crew at the gate were hilarious and made boarding run.
