Got automatically assigned a middle seat, unless I fork out extra money for seat assigment.
The only thing concerning was the delay. Otherwise, it was ok.
Boarding was fast and orderly from Mx to Houston. The air around our feet was very cold, it made the flight very uncomfortable.

Due to a cancelled flight the day before this flight only had 44 people. Best flight ever on international route. Food getting better. Can United provide fruit ex apples and bananas for snacks? Crew fantastic.
Entertainment system did not function screen kept trying to reset. There was no beverages handed out luckily it was short flight.
The whole ordeal was a fiasco, the flight was delayed which made me miss my next flight and I had to spend the night in Munich. The german airlines customer service was very, very, very rude and total jerks. I do not recommend using Lufthansa to anyone.

Kayak, the site I went through to book our flight, sent very unclear emails about flight changes. Kayak was incredibly unhelpful in their communications with me about this, promising to work on resolving the issue, and failing to do so. As a result, I needed to get a hotel in Brussels and am now in the process of trying to get reimbursed. On the other hand, the flight personnel in Brussels were very helpful, taking time to look into the issue and determine if they could help. I am very grateful for them and have no problems with the airline. For Kayak, however, I will never use it again and will never recommend it to anyone, and will even discourage people who consider going through that site. My worst experience ever....
