Pros:Airport staff was polite. The price - it was a short hop to Hartford.
Cons:The seats are really getting worn and lumpy. It was very cold in the plane.

Pros:the airplane was clean and flight attendant very helpful for our Toronto transfer.
Cons:They gave us a bag of pretzels for an 1:15 flight. The flight was early, plenty of time for our connection in Toronto.
Cons:Arrived at airport at 5 am for a 6:55 am flight to find out it was cancelled. the terminal agents had no ability to reschedule us. We had to call the help line and were able to get onto United flights. At least 5 of us did not get any notification that the flight was cancelled.

Pros:The crew was pleasant and positive, even though we landed at 2am. Also thanks to the guy who offered hot chocolate to us in the airport.
Cons:Waiting on the tarmac for ages, being told we had to then wait for the shuttle, going back to the airport, being told they had no idea how long we were going to wait and then having to do it all over wasn't great. But, it's winter, it happens, and I'd rather they fix the de-icing problem before we get into the air. The thing I was upset about was the fact that the website wasn't updated with our delay. Everyone had their rides go to the airport in Lethbridge for 12 because the site said On Time. It lied. We landed at 2am. I also hated the terrible girl who didn't stop talking obnoxiously about her miserable life choices, but there's nothing you guys can do about that! :)
