Cons:There are a lot of negatives with this airline with food being the most pathetic one. 1. The central air conditioning in this aircraft was blowing super cold air. It was so cold that you would still shiver if you had 2 layers on blankets on. Even after repeated requests, the crew was clueless on how to increase the temp. 2. Food service in Joon (CDG-BOM) was pathetic. We specifically called up AF customer care service and requested for a Hindu Veg meal and all we were told that they only had Hindu non-veg meal. They requested that they will serve everyone else and then check if they had any extra. we waited for 2-3 hours before we got any food and that too European style Pasta that was just Pasta, cheese, chicken and mashed potatoes served cold. 3. Add to the top of it, we were asked to come to the back of the plane to get any water/juice/coffee. Had we been just a couple, would have been ok, but getting up everytime we needed water when we had a kid sitting on our lap is just very bad customer service. 4. One of the steward spilled a whole cup of apple juice on my wife's dress and it took him 5 mins to realize what he had done and had no remorse to ask sorry
