Cons:Plane was late, husband’s luggage was not at baggage claim like the rest of our luggage. Had to file a claim but they were able to track, find & deliver to our hotel next day.
Pros:Everything was smooth.
Cons:1 hour late
Pros:Service was good. Plane made it safely and on time

Cons:O avião é velho, sistema de entretenimento mais velho ainda. Péssimo , sem filmes adequados a uma viagem de 12 horas. Para se ter uma ideia da modernidade, usa joystick para controle..,. Comida horrível. Viajo regularmente 3 ou 4 vezes ao ano ao exterior Certamente a pior experiência

Pros:They went beyond expectations, one passenger removed an extremely heavy carry-on approx 9 times during the flight, inconsiderately left it in the narrow aisle, and the crew each time without ever losing their patience put it back on top. The passenger was a nightmare. Never once did the Alitalia crew show displeasure, personally I would have had words with her. Another passenger had a serious ankle injury, happened a few hours before the flight, the attendant was so considerate to get her comfortable, ice for the swelling, truly this crew was fantastic. Also came around with liquids the entire flight. This was a totally superior crew.
Cons:Alitalia food is consistently poor. Tastes awful, over abundance of thyme in both chicken & stringbeans, cake was hard like a rock, roll also hard, why no butter? Doesn't anyone do a taste test on what u r serving? When I traveled with Delta flights from Rome, food was way superior. The snack before landing is ??? I could not even guess what was being served.
Pros:crew was great, liked on board entertainment, comfortable seats
Cons:portions of my meal were frozen and not edible and could not be replaced
