Pros (+) 1. The staff is very nice at this property.
Cons (-) Kayak rate was higher than the rate from World of Hyatt. I realized this too late as we had already booked. I will book through World of Hyatt in the future. I stay at Hyatt properties and usually enjoy the stay. However, this was a rough stay for the following reasons. Disappointing. 1. TV didn't work upon checkin 2. Pros (+) The hotel was close to everything, with walking distance options to food and shopping. A very affordable option on a budget. It's always nice to have the option of a complimentary breakfast. We enjoyed our time at the pool, and appreciated the free wifi.
Cons (-) The sheets didn't fit the bed, and kept slipping off. They did change them for us the next day. The bathrooms are tiny. Our sofa was caving in, and the tv situation was a bit frustrating. Not many channels, and poor signal strength. There was a strange smell in our hallway, and a musty smell on the side of the room where the air conditioner was. Not my best hotel experience, but also not the worst...
