This hotel is excellent! We stayed in 5 over the course of a week and it was definitely our favourite. The room was very modern and very large with a separate seating area. The bathroom (with spa bath) was exceptionally clean. We ate in the al la carte restaurant and it was amazing. Staff were courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are travelling through Andorra.
Everything was great. I wouldn’t necessarily visit Andorra again as it is a shoppers paradise (and I’m not a shopper!). Wouldn’t know what this is like for access to skiers as we visited in summer.

breakfast was OK, but who wants to wait 15 minutes for an omelette? staff and service were nowhere near a 5 star hotel, way, way short. the location is excellent
Went with 2 x 14 year old boys, excellent club swimmers who could only swim with an adult! The kids had to pay to use the paddle tennis facility! No service by the outdoor pool, you had to go and request a drink! Waited 20 minutes for two drinks one evening, when there were only 2 other couples outside....crazy service! Breakfast we gave up on ordering eggs to be cooked as the one.....person couldn't cope. We only stayed for two of the four nights and we had to pay a 1 night FINE! Nobody even asked why we were leaving early! NOT five star performance by any of the staff

The Andorra Park Hotel is a prestigious 5 star hotel in Andorra la Vella with spa located in a residential area of the Andorran capital and surrounded by 15,000m2 of garden. With 98 rooms, including suites, junior suites, a 150m2 presidential suite and apartments. All rooms have a large terrace and hydromassage bathtub, to promote relaxation and comfort of guests. It has free Wi-Fi Internet throughout the building. It has direct access to the Pyrénées shopping center and offers transfer service without cost to the slopes to guests (depending on availability).

“We did not know this was a 5-star hotel until we checked in, and I guess Andorra is one of those places where you can stay in a 5-star hotel because it costs less than a night in a mediocre hotel in Santa Barbara, California, just to make a comparison. Of course, the add-ons are expensive, like breakfast costing € 28 per day per person, but if you skip that you can eat your breakfast outside and save money. The room was insanely comfortable, with a balcony with beautiful views of the mountains and city. The location was walking distance from the main shopping streets of Andorra la Vella. We originally chose this hotel because it had its own parking, which is very convenient, and the € 20 per night they charge you for is not that bad.”
