Cons: there is a door communicating between the room and the next room. although that door is locked, it is absolutely not soundproof therefore I could hear some guy in the next room snorting all night and their loud TV in the morning

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was fabulous and the staff went out of their way to assist us.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We went to Sa’Moana for a week with our son and his wife and their one and two year old children and it was the perfect place for a chill out family fun week. The staff were so accommodating and friendly, our cabin was great, and all we needed was the sand and sea to keep us very happy for the week. We hired a car and went into Apia just for a look one day and to a Fia Fia night another evening, but other than that we were happy pottering around Sa’Moana. The food was great (if you like fish) and we enjoyed the breakfast each morning - it was the same each day but we didn’t get sick of it. We loved the outdoor shower. The walk through the bush down to some other beaches is good too. Snorkelling is good right in front of the resort, though other guests said other snorkelling places had more fish. We saw a great variety of fish, though you can only snorkel around low tide as it gets pretty rough otherwise. Lots of hermit crabs all over the place, some interesting birds and pretty flowers. We loved the low key feeling of this small resort, and the other guests were friendly and laid back too. It’s about an hour from Apia, forty five minutes from the airport, and the roads aren’t great (especially close to Sa’Moana). If you want a busy holiday you’d be better off in a larger resort closer to the action. But if you’re happy with a friendly laid back Samoan experience, this is a great place to stay. All in all a lovely week, and we’d love to return one day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Sa'Moana. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our bungalow was very comfortable and clean. The outside bathroom was beautiful and the shower was very good. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed all of our meals. It was handy having a restaurant there so we didn't have to find somewhere else to eat. The location is very pretty and relaxing. There are lots of loungers and chairs dotted around to enjoy the views. We definitely recommend staying here.
7.9 Good
Pros: The location was amazing hidden gem
Cons: No washing facilities
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were awesome, the food was fantastic.
Cons: The weather wasn't very kind to us sadly...not your fault.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is naturally beautiful. Clear water, quiet coastal walks and relaxing. Only 9 cabins, so no hustle and bustle. Pool and ocean access. Accommodation rates between a Fale and a larger resort. Meets a niche mid market.
Cons: Food was a little pricey for the region.
5.0 Okay
Pros: - Amazing views of the sea
Cons: - Managers not friendly, nor hospitable - We felt not welcomed there (intruders with kids?!) - Not welcoming for families with kids - Super strict on rules
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was amazing. The staff were great! The whole vibe was awesome. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Absolutely loved our stay.
Cons: The road in was very rough but the place itself is beautiful.
6.7 Good
Pros: Beautiful location by the ocean. Lots of activities for the kids.
Cons: Frontline staff (with the exception of one young lady who usually does the morning shift) lack basic customer service skills. We had three big bags and they just showed us the room and we had to drag the bags through sand to our room yet there is a back way with a closed gate which could have taken us to our rooms without the need to drag our bags through the sand. Phone and internet reception is a big problem as mentioned in their website but when l asked the lady at the reception to make a business call which l was going to pay for, she just told me to keep trying my mobile phone which l found rather bizarre because the reason why l approached reception in the first place was that l was failing to get any signal on my mobile.. Nice people but they can really benefit from formal training in customer service as l found most of the service quite low compared to nearly all the resorts l stayed in Samoa.
7.9 Good
Pros: Fantastic location, very comfortable accomodation and adequate food and drink

Cons: Noise next door from construction site.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was super at this place. The staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful. They organise taxis and get in touch with a car hire company who bring the car to the hotel. The room was really spacious and well equipped with views over the sea. We enjoyed the location in Apia where we could walk to the town. The food and restaurant were very good with many local people turning up to dine. Surroundings and ambience were also very relaxing and pleasant. We would definitely have no hesitation in returning.
Cons: We would have liked some easy chairs in the restaurant area where we could sit and enjoy a drink.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, and handy to town. Tropical breakfast was a nice touch.
Cons: Wifi - sometimes tricky connecting.
7.9 Good
Pros: the room was great, large, clean, awesome view. The reception staff were exceptional.
Cons: the breakfast ladies were hawking us and we found the staring a bit much. Communication for any special requests can also be a challenge with staff walking away from you without acknowledging what you said even though they heard you.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable, tidy and clean. Great pool and excellent food.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here for 2 nights. Our room was very good, staff friendly & helpful, nice pool & clean facilties. The restaurant serves great food.
Cons: No lift.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel is small and friendly, it has a lovely pool and the rooms are a great size. The food was excellent and great value compared to others places we tried. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We were able to check in to our room extra early which was totally unexpected. Added to that we were told to help ourselves to the continental breakfast buffet. The whole experience was extremely welcoming. The outdoor seating in the restaurant caught a cool breeze at both lunch and dinner time as well as offering a view to the water. The pool and surrounding area was incredibly inviting and beautifully maintained.
Cons: I could not find fault at the Amanaki.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: No microwave
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all super friendly and always happy to help with a smile on their face. The pool and beach were great and my favourite place to hang. The rooms were clean and came with a great view. Bathroom was clean and new.
Cons: Some of the staff were a bit clueless with some things such as using the machine for card payments. The cocktails weren't the best and the food was hit and miss.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything.. the resort , the staff, location, it’s a gorgeous place to be.
Cons: Loved everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff great, breakfasts excellent. location and activities fantastic. You could lie buy the pool or get involved in the many to do activities available. I loved the sailing and swimming and snorkeling. all food was great and the live entertainment every night is great.
Cons: Found at breakfast and dinner seemed to be a lack of teaspoons or dessert spoons to eat with.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fantastic and location was awesome. Nice and close to great restaurants and shops. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, tidy and perfect for what we wanted.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast buffet is good value for money. The variety on offer is fantastic so you are not eating the same thing daily. The breakfast food and beverage team are so friendly and accomodating. Thank you to the supervisors Loto & Tala for leading the F&B teams to serve customers with wonderful Samoan hospitality.
Cons: Hard to fault much since our last visit in May 2019. The team take on the feedback and have improved dramatically on feedback given back then. Well done to the Taumeasina resort team!
6.7 Good
Pros: The location and the resort is fantastic. So handy to get to Apia for Restaurants and Cafes. And the resort itself is beautiful. Food and drink choices are great and at a reasonable price. Happy hour from 5 to 8 us awesome. And some of the night to entertainment is fantastic.
Cons: Sadly the maintenance in general is lacking and such a shame for such a new resort. Some staff were great others seem to lack training. Every morning we had to walk around to find someone to get a coffee. I would of thought having someone solely on coffee duty would of been a standard requirement at a resort like this. We ventured out and went to Paddles restaurant which is run by Giovanni and geepers does he know how to do things right and train his staff. We could not fault it. Maybe the management could ask Giovanni on some staff training tips. I had read a few reviews before we arrived stating some rooms had cockroaches. I sent an email requesting extra spraying as I have an absolute phobia with cockroaches. Sadly our room was one that had a problem. In five days probably saw about 6 and heaps of little bugs particularly in the bathroom. Sadly the lack of staff training and failure to follow my request has forced me to rate this as I have. This place could be fantastic.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Overall great location and facilities - operational staff are great, friendly and very helpful. So proud of the local Samoan people they are awesome. Family villas are great - defs need more family rooms available at the Taumeasina
Cons: Need a better process for conversion rates upon arrival esp with booking.com my experience was a nightmare. Tom was amazing and very helpful with it all. Need more consistency with on arrival greeting as well :)
4.6 Okay
Pros: The resort looks very stylish and modern
Cons: The cleaning of the rooms wasn't up to standard. It was hard to relax around the pool with too many children running and screaming jumping into the water- please don't get me wrong I love children having fun but this was a little OTT. We also had a few problems with our room. smashed glass on our bathroom floor that hadn't been cleaned up properly from a broken shower screen, wardrobe door was off it's track and jammed my suitcase behind it overnight so I couldn't access any of my stuff. We report the issues at 5pm on arrival but didn't see any action with work men until 10am the next day.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The food was great, pool was awesome. Island night was fantastic. Overall stay was fantastic.
Cons: Staff weren’t friendly, always felt like you had to watch your back as they were ripping people off left, right and centre especially at the wedding we attended. My partner can understand Samoan, when I went up to pay for breakfast my partner heard the staff talking to each other and saying to add $30 onto our bill. Assuming for this money to be pocketed. Our rooms were also not serviced. We were keen to extend our stay using the three day July deal that was going on to then be told that the best thing for us to do is email the general manager. Why the heck would we email the general manager when we are at the damn counter ready to book in. Friends of ours who also asked about the deal were told they could have extend their stay using the deal only to be told within 5 minutes that there was no availability. Everyone that we know who stayed at the resort had a bad experience.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Substantial buffet breakfast, bungalow rooms are lovely, beautiful hotel all round
Cons: Reception staff probably need a bit more training. The rooms in the main building are no good, the carpet is old and you can still smell the mould from when the hotel flooded. I would only stay in the bungalows.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: - Location was great, walking distance to the shop and the best fresh bread ever!! - Staff were awesome, friendly and helpful - Rooms were comfortable and the bed was like a cloud - breakfast was good, coffee and eggs were the best and so much selection
Cons: - Strong smell in the hallways, smelt like varnish good thing is it was only in the hallways and not in the rooms. - We did have a small issue one morning with a small mouse in the room but the staff dealt with it right away, we left for a couple days to Savai’i and came back to a lovely bowl of fruits
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Central location, so we could walk or take a short taxi or bus ride to shops, Teuila festival and waterfront. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Good food with a choice of Samoan and other cuisine. Spacious hotel room; choice of 2 pools; gym and spa. Ideal destination for a few days’ complete relaxation within a quiet, friendly, family oriented facility
Cons: Wanted to watch local TV channels, but not available
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The bungalow suites were amazing the staff were lovely and that pool bar topped it off food is amazing too
Cons: Laundry services maybe to have it everyday until 7-8pm
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great pool.
Cons: Finishing touches on paint work rough. We had to walk through the car park or outside the hotel to get to our room. Breakfasts were a little monotonous Room was musty. It would be good to have screen door on sliding doors so we could open the sliding door in the evening to get the warm pacific air
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff friendly
Cons: The slippery walkways
4.6 Okay
Pros: Handy to the markets
Cons: Decor was worn and tired.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very relaxing, clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and very helpful.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff great swimming pool Lovely air conditioned bar and cafe area Good location for business in Apia
Cons: The room I had was a long way from reception the tiles are very slippery when it rains - Staff need to put down more non slip mats to ensure all guests can reach their rooms safely Some type of entertainment -e.g singers -on weekends would be good for travellers
5.4 Okay
Pros: Staff were friendly but lacked knowledge in some areas. We received a free night and free lunch due to the inconvenience caused by an overbooked hotel on the first night
Cons: We were told the hotel was overbooked for 1 night and somehow our room was cancelled. (Although our room had been booked for over 3months before check in) was told reservations emailed me notifcation but turned out to be false. Had to go back to the airport to a sister hotel (we had just come all the way from the airport at that point). Checked into the Sheridan at the airport around 10pm. Room was very far from reception, when settled into the room, there was rotten fruit wrapped up for a guest for the previous day named Andrew (guest evidently didnt check in, but staff forgot to remove this before we checked in) phone and TV was not working as we wanted to order room service, had to walk to reception to let them know and to order our room service. Also found there was no tea and coffee in our room. We were told tea and coffee would come with our room service. Technician was also called and couldn't fix the TV or phone. We were already tired by that stage so said its fine. Room service came but no tea and coffee. Was told it is on the way. It never came. We couldn't call reception as the phone was not working. In the morning went to breakfast around 915am. Staff interupted our breakfast stating our transfer is waiting for us to go back to town. (We hadn't been informed of a time of pickup before that point) Over all it really dampened out trip to Samoa.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Rooms good
Cons: Need Squab on our door lounges. Need more lighting for paths at night . Need better selection of sleeping pillows thin soft hard high etc
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place, picture perfect Accommodation on the waters edge Awesome staff Good food. Amazing culture day/show
Cons: Can’t think of one thing..
7.5 Good
Pros: Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Napa at the bar and Ciala at the restaurant made us feel very at home. The location and grounds were quite beautiful, and the facilities were very well looked after. We were able to rent a car right at the resort, and Michael made that experience very enjoyable.
Cons: Our transfer was not waiting for us at the airport, which was frustrating at 9:00 pm. About half the time a number of options ran out at dinner, and once only pizza was available. Our 15 minute welcome massage could not be scheduled until our second to last day,
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful especially as my husband has a disability.
Cons: Some infrastructure needs attention e.g. the path to the over the water restaraunt
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed Amazing views from garden view villas Staff were amazing Felt very intimate Guest relation was extraordinary at her job
Cons: Bathrooms are getting on in age and needing some TLC
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, welcoming and friendly. They made our stay very special, we hope to be back!
Cons: Additional costs for some facilities like sauna etc and charges to call through to reception.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The water sports (kayak, paddle boarding). There was one amazing chef but he obviously couldn’t work all the time.
Cons: Breakfast was less than average. The fact they advertise a gym, but they go rid of the gym. Spa was broken so couldn’t use. How slow and inefficient the workers are.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Sinalei had me at “adults only”. But it was so much more than I ever expected. The little details + the staff were what made Sinalei so perfect. We stayed in a Garden View Villa, which was nice. Obviously an Ocean View or Beachfront Villa would have been ideal, but the Garden View was still absolutely perfect and more in line with our budget. One of my biggest worries, and usually my greatest disappointments at a hotel is the bed. But not at Sinalei! The bed in our room was so cosy and comfortable, and the pillows were pretty good too. I actually woke up each morning feeling rested and relaxed. The air conditioning helped, and meant that we could actually get a comfortable nights sleep. Our favourite things about Sinalei were; - The super friendly staff (Jerome and Napa in particular) - The standalone villas which were lovely and private - The beautiful resort grounds - The glass roof in our bathroom so you could admire the palms and blue skies while you showered - The spa & the massages over-looking the ocean - The cultural night (the Umu food was delicious!) - The beautiful beaches - Cocktails by the pool - The complimentary afternoon tea that they put on each day - Their house-made breads and baking - And of course I can't forget the lovely dinner set up that they arranged for us for our anniversary - so thoughtful and absolutely beautiful. The whole resort was absolutely perfect! And you can’t fault them for how quickly they made you feel like you were home. I would 100% recommend Sinalei, and Samoa, to anyone. We will absolutely be back!
Cons: I’m not 100% sure who is responsible for payments etc. whether it is booking.com or the resort itself, but I was really disappointed that I ended up being charged an extra $300 - $400 more than our room was listed for on booking.com for some unknown reason. And when I tried to get in touch with the resort to resolve it, they came back to me with a breakdown of what I can only assume was someone else’s room, because it didn’t make any sense for us, and when I went back to them again and said that it looked like someone else’s bill, no one got back to me.
So that was very frustrating, being charged more than the advertised price for our room. That would be the only thing that would make me think twice about booking with Sinalei again. We also found that it was really difficult to get accurate information out of the staff. For example, we were told to be at reception at 6.30am to leave for a tour one morning, but when we arrived (early) no one was there. We hung around for about half an hour to see if anyone would show up, before we eventually just gave up and went back to our room. That was incredibly disappointing, as I was really looking forward to that tour. Breakfast was quite nice. If they could work out a better way to keep the flies off though, that would make everything a bit more appetizing. We also found trying to toast bread very frustrating as the toaster was very slow, and there was only one of them. Obviously some parts could do with a small amount of maintenance as well, but you do have to remember that you are in Samoa, and things are a little different over there, to say, somewhere like New Zealand or Australia.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place was exceptional in terms of facilities, rooms, customer service. Easy walk down to private beach which has lounge beds and kayaks free for guests. Large private pool right next to the bar. Two restaurants (but same menu). Great buffet breakfast. Easy to hire a car or scooter (you don't even need an international license). About 40 mins drive to To Sua Ocean Trench, with a couple of waterfalls along that drive and beaches beyond it. About a 45 minute drive up to Apia too.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I really liked the layout of the rooms they were so private and no-one walking past, was well thought out. The staff were fantastic as well.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Air conditioning
Cons: Items from my rooms went missing after our room was serviced! Not impressed at all at staff who went in and cleaned right after I said we didn't want the rooms to be serviced because of this very reason.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything ....It was worth it staying in Moatoga Hotel
Cons: Nothing everything was excellent
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Cheerful staff who let us hang out in reception waiting for our late departure. Cook made best fried chips ever! Facilities in room all worked.
Cons: Lots of noise from compressors of the two supermarkets next door as well as people smashing up crates at 6am. Cramped around reception area and loads of rental cars in carpark. Water off while carpenters bashed and crashed doing renovations below us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were awesome, service great, security guys great too.
Cons: Thanks
7.1 Good
Pros: It was for what I needed it for. Thanks
Cons: Convenient
6.3 Good
Pros: Great location handy to bus station and city centre. The staff were fantastic. Went out of their way to help us with rental car recommending best beaches and directions etc.
Cons: We stayed here on our arrival and departure from Samoa. On both occasions we found it VERY noisy at night. Vehicles coming and going until after midnight slamming of car doors. Loud and inconsiderate guests/friends. They do appear to have night security so don’t understand how this is allowed t happen.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This is our 2nd time staying at Moatoga and would definitely return again. We stayed in Superior Double Room: Air con was amazing, spacious room, cleanliness and maintenance is well kept daily, fresh new towels everyday, fridge in room was nice to store our drinks and food and table, location, and staff are very friendly & helpful.
Cons: Nothing major that affected our stay but a few minor things like TV not working properly & limited parking space. Woken up to move my car as I was blocking someone else. Our shower wasn't working and it was fixed within 10 minutes alerting reception.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Didn't like the fact you have to come out of your room at all hours to move your car so thay can park there rental cars. Should have more parking for quest. Didn't like how we payed for a family room yet in the room was 3 towels 2 bowels ect. No cooking pots or pans. In decent sized. To actually even cook. Had to ask . The power and air con cut out 2 times and water. For a couple hours. Not a very clean place at all.. Needs to be done up for the price u pay. And upon arrival we didn't get the room we payed for. But a simular one was provided. Wouldn't stay there again to be honest. Not good for kids. Tv was not working well not clear.. Didn't like the fact the rooms only had sheets. Would have liked a warmer blanket for kids. Due to sleeping in air con. Just would have been nice to have that option. And we stayed for 9 nights. And asked how much to stay for extra 4 and no discount was offerd. Everytime we wanted to leave we had to tell staff to move cars. And wait 10/15 mins. Just very unprofessional. 4/10 star. Thanks.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was okay.
Cons: The drive way is too small and the parking lot is dirty.
6.7 Good
Pros: In walking distance of town.
Cons: Room needed refurbishing.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Big beds, good sized room, excellent show, staff brilliant, good location slightly up mountain making it an ideally cool place, close to Robert Louis Stevenson Museum/estate.
Cons: No wifi
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We only stayed one night but it was our very first hotel in Samoa and we absolutely loved jt. The location was perfect for us. A bit further away from Apia in the middle of a long and very steep road so unless you don’t mind walking in the Samoan heat, I would recommend a car. Plenty of space to park in and out the resort. The staff is very lovely and made us feel welcome. The room is spacious with little kitchenette and TV that we didn’t use. Also has air conditioning that was a pure blessing on a very hot day. The room also has a very pretty outside bathroom. The hotel is very lovely with lots of plants and flowers everywhere.
Cons: For me the only improvement I would suggest would be the food, we found that the options were limited for dinner but breakfast was filling enough with eggs, toast, cereals and fresh fruits.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stay for 2 nights, evening staff were fantastic, very friendly. I haven't try the pool but there is always a next time. Love the outside shower and a very comfortable bed, Luna makes the best bunless vegetarian burger, must try that! (thank you for that Luna). Had an amazing time relaxing before going to Savai'i. Thanks for the Hospitality Le Manumea Crew.
Cons: There is nothing I didn't like, I love every bit of my stay. Maybe a decent Scotch on the shelf. A dalmore single malt scotch whisky will do, but if not I will bring me self me own next time :).....................
6.7 Good
Pros: The grounds were lovely but the buildings were tired internally The pool had a slick of oil on the surface which needed to be cleaned.
6.7 Good
Pros: Lovely grounds
Cons: It could have been a bit cleaner just little things not clean. The meals were average with a very long wait for meals to be served and poor quality.
6.7 Good
Pros: Nice setting and potentially restful and enjoyable place to stay and dine.
Cons: Menu rather limited and alternative restaurants are a long way away. Slow service for early breakfast. Guests were not made to feel particularly welcome. Other guests were noisy throughout the night.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: When checking in no friendly welcome. Just wanted payment for accommodation. No advice on facilities, restaurant times etc. Unhappy staff. Shower pressure poor. Pool and area very uninviting. No reception on TV.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Large comfortable hotel with nice pool, gym and restaurant friendly staff
Cons: In the main town no beach close.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The atmosphere was nice.
Cons: The room aircon was broken and the sheets smelled bad. I changed rooms and the second room was better but the sheets still smelled and there were cockroaches in the bathroom coming out of the drain.
6.5 Good
Cons: The total amount that I paid upon check out was slightly higher than what was quoted when I booked online. The explanation from the attendant was that the hotel uses a different currency conversion rate than the bank.

Cons: It was amazing..there is nothing I don’t like
9.6 Excellent

6.7 Good
Pros: Friendly staffs, good breakfast, clean swimming pool, nice landscape with flowers and orchids.
Cons: Couldnt stay in the fale because it was too small and hot and they could not provide a fan. Also there were too many mosquitoes so i had to upgrade to aircond unit. They changed without hesitation after paying the difference.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We were very pleased with our stay at the Samoan Outrigger Hotel. Some of the pictures of their property don’t do this place justice. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The pool area was beautiful with a great area to eat breakfast which was nice. Rooms were very clean, air con worked great and we had a nice hot shower. Would definitely stay again as it’s great value for money.
Cons: Hardly anything to dislike - if we had to pick one thing it would be that our bed was slightly springy.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very tasty, and best those mornings where there were eggs, and thus some protein.
Cons: Everything was fine.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful pool and setting Fan in the room Location was pretty good. Great restaurants in walking distance. Downtown taxi ride is around 7 tala Use of kitchen and fridge is possible Very friendly staff
Cons: Mattresses were very thin Stairs and outdoor floors were somewhat uncomfortable to walk in barefoot (as it was required)
4.6 Okay
Cons: There’s no air conditioning and no tv in our room for the money we paid. We paid more for this room than the rooms we reserved around the area with air conditioning and tv and had everything we need and were very happy and satisfied with the amount of money we spend. We will not return to this place. Thank you for asking to rate this hotel and have a wonderful day.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff and pancakes for breakfast
Cons: A bit far away from nice beaches but excellent location to move around and restaurants
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location close to everything easy to find, clean rooms especially facilities and the security guard was very friendly.
Cons: Carrying suitcases to the room. Would be nice to have a mat or a thick black carpet in the middle of the reception area through the hallway so guests can pull their luggages across.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property, very friendly, nice breakfast
Cons: Some road noise for the outside fale
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Loved the fresh tropical fruit, Samoan Cocoa and pancakes. Very friendly staff and beautiful gardens.
Cons: It's a little far from town - but only 5 tala in a taxi.
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff the breakfast the central location
Cons: The bed and price-quality

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly. Talofa Patricia was very helpful
Cons: Bathroom space a little small and not set up for tall people.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Just that it was simple yet comfortable
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was very very comfortable with good views from a big balcony and big beds and a full kitchen and nice bathroom. A short taxi ride away from town with a shop down the road.
Cons: The pool area was very basic and the pool could be better maintained. Some of the staff were not very friendly and seemed to have specific areas of responsibility. Others were okay. We had to request a late checkout as our flight was delayed and we felt the charge was too high considering our room was not booked.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Beds were uncomfortable. They made squeaky noises and the base had wheels so whenever I get on it rolled away from the wall. Other rooms had nice beds but not my one. Reported it on the same day and nothing was done about it. Not even a word from them when i checked out! Hang the “Do Not Disturb Sign” on the door and they still knocked..
4.6 Okay
Pros: The location and where it’s located.
Cons: No clean sheets daily, beds are wrapped in the same sheets you used the whole stay, same with pillow cases. Ants in the room, Dishes weren’t clean. Bathroom is too small, space is limited in there. Cleaners would knock early in the morning for cleaning but what are they cleaning? Then I would hear them in Samoan talking about how the lights are still on but these people are still sleeping, that’s not their problem. Not really worth the money I paid.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Enjoyed grounds. Peaceful
Cons: Quite a walking distance from town. Hard bed. Kitchen & bathroom needed more attention to cleaning
7.1 Good
Pros: Housekeeping was on point checking if we needed our rooms clean...which is good
Cons: Buffet breakfast keep running out of food
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: The rooms were fine
Cons: They overcharged and extra 4% from my credit card which wasnt part of the booking policy. They never answer calls. I would not recommend rip-offs
5.8 Okay
Pros: Hot showers and comfy bed.
Cons: On arrival we checked in very late and was told by a unfriendly receptionist that we don't have a booking despite the booking was done 2 months in advanced. I also emailed the hotel the day before we flew to Samoa informing them of our late check in. The receptionist then told us after checking the computer that someone moved our booking for the following day. It wasn't until another lady arrived and pointed out the error to her colleague. Our 8 day stay only one person introduced herself and I commended her friendliness and going the extra mile trying to accommodate our room. Patricia should train all the staff there to smile. She was very helpful resetting my mobile phone. Complimentary breakfast We only ate once the day after we arrived. Good selection of breakfast buffett menu except the samoan banana dish was off. Told the waiter about it and she ignored us. Wheetbix was off so we decided to buy our own food. The second time i decided to go and get some hot food from the dining room to use up our complimentary breakfast I specifically told the lady at the desk of my room number and that I'm getting breakfast to take back to the room and she said ok. There was no apprehension or disagreement on her part to explain to me that there's a "policy" about not allowing food in the room. Until I arrived in the room and a supervisor rang to say there's a policy of not allowing food from the breakfast dining area to bring into the room. I was gobsmacked to be told such a ridiculous policy consider there was no information in the room to let the visitors know about the history of the hotel..menu for lunch and dinner etc. There was no explanation of any do's and dont's about eatery in the room consider we had a oven and fridge freezer in the premium room. It was very rude and disrespectful to be treated that way.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly, very helpful. Service was excellent.

Cons: No chairs outside our door..
5.8 Okay
Pros: The pool was lovely
Cons: The room wasn't serviced, we had to ask for clean towels, rubbish to be emptied and even toilet rolls!! Staff talking loudly all hours of the night, Customers in pool at 3am when it states not after 8pm, and being rowdy. Cockroaches in the room several times Staff not friendly when asking for help, all just seemed to much bother, NO airport shuttle

Pros: The location.
Cons: Getting charge 4% for paying by credit card.

Pros: Everything. Rooms were excellent, clean, safe, affordable and close to everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff very helpful.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Food was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Bistro Tatau was excellent.
Cons: My comment about the lighting is that it would be excellent if there was a light above the head of the bed that could be turned off from beside the bed so you could read in bed and turn the light off without getting out of bed. Also, somewhere to put you bag so it did not have to be left on the floor!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The panikeke's were the best, good range of fresh fruits, coffee all you need to get you going. The staff were great. Excellent location.
Cons: Very satisfied and will definitely stay again.
9.2 Excellent

6.7 Good
Pros: The bed was comfy and it was close to the hospital which I was visiting every day. The staff were very nice and helpful. The food from the bar/cafe was also very nice.
Cons: Accommodation very tired with lots of cracked tiles on floor. Cold shower which I believe is normal here, one main light didnt work and then the other one in the room stopped working also. The air con controller didnt work properly but that could have been just the batteries. People in next room playing guitar and singing at 1am. Didnt always feel safe there as not great security with street access to rear accommodation.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The place was okay. Accommodation perfect for those on a budget.
Cons: Room was very hot. Broken air con. You’ll be lucky to find parking when the restaurant is full. Walls are so thin. Overall good when you’re on a budget.
7.5 Good
Pros: Everything!! Nothing fancy a great place to stay, if you don’t want to spend a fortune on the other hotels this is the place to be, great hotels and staff what more could you ask for!! Twill definitely come back here!!
Cons: I didn’t like the fact that there was nothing to like!!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Room was big but it was hot.
Cons: No one cleaned up. Room was hot.
7.1 Good
Pros: Really helpful and friendly staff, nice quiet rooms overlooking courtyard. Good aircon, lovely pool and quiet location. Taxi stand right next door very helpful.
Cons: Rooms are dark with the one-way dark screening on the windows.
4.2 Okay
Pros: It was t too far to walk to town, took about twenty minutes
Cons: Room wasn't touched for the 6 days I was there, tea, coffee not replaced although nice lady gave me clean towels. Unfriendly staff, some really rude!
7.9 Good
Pros: Friendly staff ,very handy location for what I was in Apia for
Cons: It was all OK
2.9 Mediocre
Cons: Unexpected added costs. No admin person ever in the office. Bad customer service. Room not ready. Had to help prepare our own room. Not worth the money!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Liked what I saw and the deal advertised for Travellers' Point hotel in Apia on booking.com and booked it for our final night's stay in Samoa. Entrance/Reception is steps away from the bustle of busy road where parking was provided for our Budget hire vehicle. 3 to 5minutes drive from Apia CBD. Lovely as layout. Tranquil. Swimming pools for toddlers and those older. Unit at ground level was clean. Hot shower, air-con, tv, fridge, tea-making supplies. Had drinks, dinner and breakfast there in the large restaurant. Its tropical so be prepared for mozzies. The cats are gorgeous.
Cons: The lighting in our unit was very poor. Natural light restricted by a very large water tank outside our ranch-slider. I think a very big person would find accessing the shower a bit of a manoeuvre. Walk carefully, expect to deal with unevenness in paving and steps. I got the feeling some staff seemed on edge, kind of uptight.

Cons: They charged us $2 every time they called us a cab. Even though it was the same rate foe 2 or 3 guests, when our daughter got sick and had to stay the night with us on our last night and they charged us an extra $52. The breakfast was mostly out if food and they didn't replenish even when asked. They wanted to charge us half the price of a 24 hour stay for a 2 hour later checkout. They said that WIFI was included but charged us $25 for 2 hours of WiFi. Very rude staff except for the cleaning people. We are both in government in American Samoa and travel to Independent Samoa extensively and they have really missed out on a lot of repeat business from local people.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The service was excellent
Cons: Breakfast needs to change a little apart from that me and my family enjoyed our stay.
7.9 Good
Pros: Pool was nice. Close to town and markets easy to get Taxi's. Good aircon. Nice view of pool could relax outside room.
Cons: Wifi was bad and expensive $15 tala for 1 hour and it didnt work in room. Fridge stunk very badly. No shampoo/conditioner just a little plastic bottle with something in it but had no labels on it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Overall everything was wonderful
Cons: The laudry service was a downfall
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good selection at buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner provided great value for money, everyone loved the swimming pool and surroundings, a nice easy walk along the waterfront to the town centre.
Cons: The throbbing noise from the nightclub next door was pretty loud at times
7.9 Good
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Pool was out of action and no information was provided at time of booking. Out of service for at least a few weeks
4.6 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was better elsewhere
Cons: That there were a few of us guests in the lobby that got chatting, never once did any staff member advise that there was an issue with the television or swimming pool. So there was really nothing much to do at the hotel as both were out of order. I specifically asked the question at reception when I came in to do a direct booking, if they had a pool. She answered yes, but didn't mention anything about it being out of order? I cancelled booking with another hotel mainly because this one as in town and had a pool. Only to find the pool was out of order and so was the television, and nearly got ripped off when ordered room service.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Close to the town
Cons: The room which I stayed - very noisy
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Noisiest place I’ve ever stayed, between a club and the hotel’s own bar which is treated as a real drinking haven, pumping music til late. Tv could get precisely *zero* channels well.
Cons: Noise noise noise
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good Service and people.
Cons: Best service, great people, delicious breakfast, we love stay at Millenia Hotel anytime we come to Samoa. Soifua.

Pros: The staff were friendly. The Fiafia night was excellent.
Cons: Hotel not expecting us even though we had booked and paid in advance. Room not ready for our arrival and had to wait for them to make up the apartment. Missing louvres in the windows, light bulbs not working, broken light fittings, general state of disrepair and lack of maintenance. Swimming pool was dirty (could not see the bottom) and my son got so many cuts and bruises from rough finishing in the pool that we stopped him from swimming there. I travel a lot, and for the price we paid, this was very poor value for money. I would not recommend it except for the excellent Fiafia night (although you don't have to stay there to go to the Fiafia night)
