Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to local attractions and events. The pool was also highlighted as a positive feature by several guests. However, there were repeated complaints about poor service, cleanliness issues, and dissatisfaction with value for price due to unexpected fees and outdated facilities. While some guests had positive experiences with amenities and the shuttle service, negative feedback about maintenance, customer service, and extra charges was common.AI-generated from customer reviews
