Cons:one of my legs was delayed for 7 hours and there were no true explanations given. We were treated in a very degrading way
Cons:My fly first flight was delay and my flight from Bogota to New York was canceled
Pros:I got a promotional upgrade and it was a bliss after spending 30+ mins waiting to get on the plane. Also same as before, the crew was AMAZING.
Cons:They started calling to get us in the little bus to go to the airplane, and they made us wait 30mins + to get on the plane cause they were loading fuel.... we could have waited on the waiting room instead of cramped in a little bus The amount of miles is a joke. I fly with copa from Panama directly to Miami and I get 1161 miles, here, I flew from Panama to Colombia (1hr) to then go back up (passing thru Panama again) which means 2 more hours of flight and the total amount of miles from Panama to Miami with avianca is 967.
Pros:For a small domestic airline I was seriously impressed with the professionalism of the crew, the prompt boarding and deplaning, and on-board comfort.
Cons:Our initial flight was delayed by several hours and I would have appreciated receiving an email or text notification so I didn't sit in the airport for 3 hours longer than necessary.
