Cons:Flight was delayed and they never let us know any information. I had someone's knees in my back and my seat was not reclining. Fine for short flight. Food is for pay and no entertainment provided.

Pros:Flight crew was great.
Cons:Due to strikes our flights were canceled forcing us to spend two extra nights in Krakow. This forced us to forgo seeing planned items in Berlin. If you are on a fixed length of time overseas do not use AirBerlin!!!

Pros:Crew was friendly
Cons:My flight was delayed and they did not inform me. Their was a problem with my connecting flight and the person at the counter told me she could not do anything and that I had to call and fix the problem even after I informed her that my phone did not work in Europe. The person at the counter when I returned two hours later was able to fix the problem right away.

Pros:The flight crew were friendly.
Cons:We had 4 Air Berlin flights in 4 days, and every one of them was 1-3 hours delayed. Then they lost my luggage and took more than 24 hours to deliver it to me. The seats were uncomfortable and they didn't even give complimentary water. The whole experience was very disappointing.
