Eka should be the Aston Kuta "Employee of the Year". - she turned what started as a very low experience coming to Bali into an extremely positive , enjoyable and memorable experience. Only because she "cared".... Eka has a great customer service focus, is attentive, willing to go "beyond" her duty to address issues, was helpful, always respectfull, and courteous. If I return to Bali, and if I choose the Aston Kuta, it will be due entirely to Eka. She is one of a kind......I can not compliment her enough!!
No shuttle service to the airport, wifi was weak and sporadic in 501, had issues with shower, which took three days to resolve, what were the food chits and beverage chit for? I tried to use the beverage chit on the 7th floor lounge, and was told that it was not for there! Very confusing....very little customer attention during breakfasts.....
