Excellent 9.0
Pros: very comfortable and beautiful
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very average
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was excellent. Friendliness and professionalism of staff. Amazing room, Everything immaculate. Breakfast excellent. Cannot wait to go back.
Cons: Just the fact that I had to leave
Excellent 8.0
Pros: staff where lovely and location was amazing. spa was amazing and cocktails to die for, really luxurious stay.
Cons: we stayed in the Victorian side so the room was very dated which we didn’t like.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: very helpful and friendly staff. beautiful rooms and public areas. Excellent breakfasts. loved the cocktail bar. very central location.
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: exceptional service in all areas of the hotel that we used - reception, room service, cocktail bar, berts Jazz bar & the Great room beautiful decor & surroundings throughout the hotel food was amazing. cocktails were fantastic & a real treat room was beautiful & again stunning decor.
Cons: bed was small (it was a double & we had booked a double room) but nearly expecting kingsize beds these days as standard, especially in such a luxurious hotel but that’s what we booked so can’t really complain! only other thing is bedroom door had a gap at the bottom which at night was letting light from hallway in - obviously more noticeable when the rest of the room was completely dark and the position of the bed meant that I was directly facing it. Not a major thing but no point in having Blackout blinds & heavy curtains to cover the windows when the light comes in from the hallway. ended up putting rolled up towel down against the door to block the light

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was as expected Really enjoyed our stay there The staff were very pleasant and helpful I would absolutely recommend this hotel
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean! Fantastic location! Nice amenities. Very pleasant stay!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Housekeeping cleanliness standards first class. Good water pressure on shower. Excellent selection of toiletries. Candle and matches a wow factor moment by the bath. Very comfortable bed and good soundproofing in rooms. All the usual extras in place that you would expect to find at this level. A very enjoyable stay and looking forward to returning soon to enjoy your Belfast Hospitality once again.
Cons: Waited over half an hour after 3pm check in time. Reception did not do the follow up call they promised me to tell me when my room would be ready. Room very cold on arrival took a few hours to warm up. Disappointed not to receive welcome macaroons plate that every other guest seemed to be receiving on my floor. Bath very snug. Covid screen at reception muffles sound, I am not hearing impaired, receptionist needs to amplify her voice. All staff encountered friendly and courteous. No complaints just observations that might help with staff training.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was nice and it’s well located to visit the city.
Cons: You can hear the streets but it’s a pretty busy city so I suppose there’s nothing that can be done about that..
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was delicious very friendly staff a great location and beautiful room.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Couldn't fault anything about it. Staff couldnt have a done enough for us and I cant say enough good things about the lads at the bar will definitely be back
Good 7.0
Pros: Decor modern and appealing overall, food excellent, free bottle of water, helpful staff, great location for visiting Belfast, excellent en suite with both bath and shower.
Cons: No fridge for water, mirrors in room looked dirty but I think it was a weird design, Christmas trees up and decorations but no Christmas menu, little natural light throughout, lights could have been brighter in bedroom.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I liked the friendliness off the staff attention too detail , made my stay very relaxed and comfortable. The rooms were amazing the food 1st class can't wait too visit again.
Excellent 9.6

Excellent 10.0
Absolutely recommend. Was lovely and staff where so friendly and helpful. Will be back.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff were amazing and bedroom was very nice.
Cons: Trying to park when I first arrived wasn't good, no clear signage where to park car before getting to car park.
Good 6.0
Pros: location
Cons: five star hotel has black mold on shower ceiling and hours of restaurant
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A superior hotel in the heart of Belfast. Beautifully decorated at the holidays. Great bar with outstanding food and entertainment
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of Belfast ! We came for a post holiday visit and it was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The bar features terrific acoustic entertainment . The entry and common areas were beautifully decorated.
Cons: Nothing at all
Excellent 10.0
Such a beautiful hotel! The room was humongous with the most luxurious bathroom. I’ve ever had in a European hotel. Purchased the stay and dine plan which was super affordable and great. The concierge and bellman were extremely efficient, courteous and professional. A big thank you to Liam for taking care of our parking issues! The food at the restaurant was great. Supper had a great variety and the roast was amazing! The breakfast has been just as amazing with a good full Irish breakfast! The one complaint was the service at the restaurant was bad. Not friendly, they seemed bothered and not focused on the client as compared with the rest of the service provided at the hotel.
Excellent 10.0
We were greeted on arrival and our car was taken care off. Front of house staff were great and friendly. We had booked a city view room, but looking out onto building works, however, we called down and asked if there were any rooms looking into great Victoria street. Very quickly we were upgraded to an executive room which was amazing! Thank you so much for a lovely treat. The only downfall was the restaurant, maybe some additional training for staff members and additional choices for the set menu!
Excellent 8.5
I would have never been able to afford a 5* hotel before so I was expecting a lot. The Fitzwilliam definitely delivered. Everything was to the highest standards. From the men parking our cars, bringing up luggage for us, the amazing bedroom & bathroom, the robe left on your bed in the evening with a chocolate on your pillow, the location. I have never experienced anything like this. Just eye opening how the standards of a hotel can be so high. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience Fitzwilliam Hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The quality and attentiveness of the staff is exceptional. All the restaurant and activity recommendations were spot on. Hotel employee (one of the Concierge Staff) truly went above and beyond in helping find just the right accommodation.
Cons: Things are a bit dodgy behind the hotel, but Belfast is improving with every day.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: the staff
Cons: the room furnishings were a bit worn
Excellent 9.7
Pros: My stay was perfect from beginning to end
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, very central, high quality accommodation - bed & bedlinens, large beautifully appointed room, large bathroom with good shower, wifi, amenities. Staff on reception and in restaurant were warm, friendly, welcoming and really knew their individual roles in the hospitality industry.
Cons: Wine list could have been more interesting, else nothing else negative to say.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean rooms, well appointed bathrooms (ours had shower and tub), umbrellas en suite, nearby to all major city center attractions
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Perfect central location close to city hall and the continental market, and right next door to the grand opera house. Hotel was spotless and staff were very welcoming, will definitely be back

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Breakfast was lovely and well cooked, host was warm and kind when we got there and though till we left. Room was way above standards and it was clean and well spaced, would for sure stay again.
Cons: Only thing is just the area of the property, though nothing can obviously be done about that, other than that a perfect stay
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was clean and fresh. Very warm too which was good and an amazing bathroom. Lady that greeted us was very lovely and cooked beautiful fry for breakfast.
Cons: Neighbours above our room were a bit loud with the TV and their floor boards were making load of noise too. Was a bit annoying but it stopped.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Marion the host, and comfortable beds, even the pillows , as im very fussy about pillows
Cons: Our stay was made all the much better because of Marion, she looked after us and made sure we were always happy with everything, very attentive, beds were so comfy , and hotel very clean, so easy to walk into town, was lovely walking through the park opposite too, weather was definitely on our side, we will definitely stay here again, very good value for money

Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location was very central. Very quirky hotel - modern and industrial theme which is very different to other hotels I've stayed in. I had porridge and coffee for breakfast and it was first class - delicious! The bed is very comfortable and the shower is excellent!
Cons: My only gripe was that the room was very cold - I think the thermostat was broken as I couldn't get it to go above 19 degrees. I did complain at checkout, and I did get an apology, but I thought I might have been given something as a goodwill gesture eg a discount on my breakfast or on a future stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Comfortable beds.Very clean.
Cons: Room very small.Last time we stayed we had a large room at the end of the corridor.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: When u come back drunk and fall at the door u land in the middle of the bed not a lot of room but every is good even the breakfast in the morning 🤣🤣🤣
Excellent 10.0
Pros: LOVED it all: the staff, before and during. They arranged two tours for me - and were great with my many questions. The room, lobby, and outside were all crazy cool! I felt like a star staying there. Chill music playing; fun and interesting people in and out. The best vibe of a hotel! Book there right now!
Cons: Can’t think of anything. This is a place I will stay at again!

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Good location, comfortable hotel room, good value & excellent breakfast buffet
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room very comfortable. Lovely bathroom facilities with a great shower. Very good breakfast as it was all fresh and fry not greasy. Great location for walking into the shopping area.
Cons: As it is in covid times the reception area is unorganised when there is more that 2 in queue as it is inside the main door. Same thing with breakfast as the lift was opening onto the queue. I know it can't be helped but was awkward.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: very clean and modern, all tv channels worked and was big and spacious
Cons: the room did not get cleaned
Excellent 8.0
Pros: location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was perfect . Lovely helpful staff . Brilliant location right in the middle of the city center .
Excellent 8.6
The location of the hotel is great, close to all amenities. As it is a relatively new hotel everything was clean and fresh, I have stayed in this hotel a few times and in general is always good except for a few teeting problems, in this occasion dining wasn't that great , I find their menu quite limiting, for a regular visitor variation on the menu would be great with maybe the addition of a few specials. The starter I had was very bland and quite tasteless to be honest, the main was fine. On this occasion the waiting staff brought out my starter and main at the same time, I explained I wanted my starte as a a starter, so she took my main back to the kitchen, where I presusem it was just kept heated, The room itself was fine eveything was functioning as it should. Breakfast in the morning was not great, I was provided with a table and when I returned to the table with my orange juice it was taken by someone else, So I had to be provided with a different table, I was lucky that there was another table available as they were limited. Ther hot food wasn't replenished in a timely fashion, alot of the items were not available and people were waiting for hot food to be brought out for the buffett, in fact some of the items completely ran out.
Good 7.9
good, but the service was bit slow. I booked a room for 3 ppl but there were only 2 cups and towels for 2 ppl initially. requested more cup and towels but they provided them bit late.
Excellent 8.7
New hotel, clean, well organized (not always the case even in fancy chains!), very central which means a little noise from the nearby bars but not too much with the window closed. Don't expect a great view but the location really makes up for this.

Excellent 9.6
First time staying and could not fault. Good self service breakfast, parking inviting reception and easy access to city centre.
Good 7.0
Pros: bright rooms, great restaurant, breakfast was fab
Cons: reception staff really let the place down. requested an early check in, no one responded. arrived to check in, my room wasnt ready, the only one they could give me was twin beds, not the king i paid for. on check out, i wasnt asked how my stay was, or even given an itemised bill to check, just told the total and the card machine pushed in my direction. Must do better, hastings
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very quiet and just a nice distance from city centre .
Good 6.0
Pros: Room comfortable, staff friendly & personable. Communal areas were spacious & had excellent seating areas.
Cons: Invited to sit by the cold cake display by the bar, on sitting noticed thick dust on & under the display, mentioned to a staff mentioned, who immediately got some tissue & cleaned the external shelf & slightly under but requires more effort to clean completely underneath. The lift also had an enormous amount of sticky finger marks up & down the gold trim. Sadly the reservations / drilling first thing in the morning was disappointing but understand there is no good time to work done.
Okay 5.8
Pros: Very comfortable beds and pillows
Cons: Some Lights not working and switches designed to drive you nuts. No room service and no info on food available to read in room. WiFi poor if at all. Tv viewing constantly interrupted by hotel promotions adds
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved it
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0

Excellent 8.4
Very pleasant overnight stay. Decided to take dinner which was delicious but bar food also available in the Lounge. Comfortable bed and spacious shower room. Breakfast but excellent with a wide range of both hot and cold food. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Excellent 8.8
Staff very pleasant, location bit far from Belfast
Good 7.7
Pros: CLEAN COMFORTABLE ROOM & BATHROOM. LOVELY PILLOWS ,& SUPERB BEDS. BREAKFAST STAFF VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL.
Cons: LATE CHECK IN. OUR ROOM WASN'T READY UNTIL 3.25. BUFFET BREAKFAST NO GOOD FOR COOKED OPTION, AS BACON WAS INEDIBLE, FLACID & PINK. SCRAMBLED EGGS SOLID, FRIED SODA & POTATO BREAD STEAMED, WATERY MUSHROOMS. ALL IN ALL A REAL LET DOWN. FOR THE PRINCLEY SUM OF EIGHTEEN QUID. HAD TO ASK FOR SOAP & CONDITIONER. ALTHOUGH THEY ARE LISTED AS PROVIDED. HAD TO BADGER RECEPTION TWICE FOR NEWSPAPER @ 9.30 & 10am,( WHICH HAD BEEN ORDERED THE PREV DAY). & THEY STILL SAW FIT TO CHARGE US FOR IT.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: As usual a very pleasant experience at the Europa. Best Hotel in Belfast in my opinion. Perfect environment to relax. Rooms are excellent. Restaurant is brilliant as is the Piano Bar. Very good value for money. Hotel is complimented with very courteous staff. Right beside Victoria bus and train stops and a short trip to Belfast City Airport.
Excellent 8.4
Really enjoyed our stay at Europa thank you for upgrade in our room.We enjoyed lovely meal in restaurant and a very good self service breakfast .Staff very helpful and Hotel ideally situated for shops and sight seeing.
Good 7.6
Booked this hotel through Agoda but was given a twin room rather than the double I requested and which was confirmed to me. The hotel couldn't accommodate a room change as they are fully occupied. The solution was to join the two single beds together. Also, the WIFI is not available in my room so I'm writing this review from the bar.
Excellent 8.4
Stayed on a Sunday night very good value for money
Excellent 9.6
Had a wonderful time at the weekend we always enjoy the Europa we will be back
Excellent 8.8

Excellent 10.0
Lady at reception when I signed in was very helpful, went above and beyond.
Good 7.6
needs extractor fan in bathroom, and better lighting
Good 6.5
Pros: Extremely loud party on top floor. Awful noise. Pounding music. Drunks yelling in hallways late into the night. Have not experienced this party noise/vibe since college dorm days. Awful first night. Next night much quieter, but walls are clearly thin as we could hear next door TV clearly until they turned it off around 11pm. Would not suggest staying here on a weekend if parties scheduled. Bring your ear plugs. Included breakfast was very crowded, but food prepared well. Service staff spread very thin, but nice.
Cons: Noise! Party extremely loud on weekend.
Good 7.7

Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Newly renovated and girl receptionist
Cons: Parking extra £15 per day, cocktails £14 and unknown, breakfast inedible, no clean towels or toilet paper, extremely overpriced and ignored by most staff. Was my 40th..got 4 chocolates on arrival
Excellent 8.0
We were given a wonderful welcome. We had dinner in the restaurant on our first night the food and service were exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was good with a huge choice. There is also a lively bar to have drinks in. The gentleman at the concierge always had a smile and was very helpful. 😊 The downside and the reason I didn’t give five stars was the poor communication from the reception staff. We requested repeatedly to have our room serviced ( it was forgotten despite being pre-booked) We pre-booked breakfast on our arrival this was not done by reception so we had to pay the full price for our breakfast. We didn’t know this had happened until checkout. If you pre-book your breakfast before arrival you can save £4.25 per person, per day! Parking is available nearby at a discounted price of £15 per day.
Excellent 8.8
Very nice staff, very clean, Thoroughly enjoyed stay at the Hilton.Great views of Belfast from 11th floor some nice touches!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the agent at the front desk, was very helpful.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location, price and breakfast
Cons: No free parking or internet
Good 7.0
Pros: The best things about this hotel were the restaurant, the location, and the breakfast.
Cons: Taxes on the room were very high, but perhaps this is the case with Belfast hotels in general. Overall, the hotel needs some freshening up. Doors closed loudly, one elevator was broken, movie options were out of order.
Excellent 9.3
Really good and close to shopping
Excellent 10.0

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Friendly staff, great location, clean rooms
Excellent 8.0
Pros: central to where we wanted . staff where lovely
Cons: the bathroom in our room smelt really bad
Good 7.0
Pros: The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly 10/10 to them .
Cons: The hall way carpets were very dirty looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Central location, good value for money and as first impressions are very important we were very well recieved on arrival the receptionist excelled in her duty very friendly and most informative
Cons: Hope it doesn't sound petty but would have liked a bath sheet and the loo roll was extremely cheap quality
Good 7.0
Pros: What you would expect from a mid range hotel. Staff were friendly and eager to help. We visited over Halloween Weekend and a great effort had been made to give the hotel a Halloween vibe.
Cons: Breakfast could have been better, there wasn't much variety and service was slow. Hotel advertised on your site as having parking included, this was extra. £6 per day in Public Car Park.
Excellent 9.6
A clean hotel with friendly staff. It is modern and functional. Has a decent bar and coffee and water are complimentary. This was my third stay at this hotel and is always the first hotel I look at booking when I am visiting Belfast.
Mediocre 2.0
This hotel refused to give us credit or refund even though our travel plans were canceled due to COVID.
Excellent 10.0
Excellent budget hotel, friendly & accommodating staff, clean room and clean bathroom, comfortable bed and airconditioned bedroom, good location. We will come back and stay at Ibis Belfast City Centre Hotel
Excellent 10.0
I stay in this hotel quite often, and I always find the staff friendly and very helpful. The hotel is also in a great location for shops, theatres and restaurants.
Good 7.7
Pros: Good location in the city centre
Cons: Staff were quite food at check in giving a poor check in experience
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Most of the staff were friendly. The rooms were not too small, bathroom was small but efficient and had everything you need, also good wifi. Convenient location as well.
Cons: There was a slight smell in the corridors, didn't bother me much but can be improved. I wasn't aware of any meal deals, but had a 3 course dinner at their restaurant - starters and dessert was great, the mains not so great as they were dry (chicken and burger). There weren't many food options though.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Rooms were small but clean. Location was outstanding and staff were very friendly. The price was right, so couldn't ask for much more.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: super-friendly assistants
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Very conveniently located. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent value.
Cons: Decor on the modern side, so a bit boring.

Excellent 10.0
I highly recommend Jurys Inn. Perfect location just 1 mins walking distance to Train Station Belfast Great Victoria Street. Walking distance 13-15 mins to Castlecourt shopping mall - tkmaxx - mark & spencer - dunnes store - primark - zara, etc. the room is very nice, warm, toilet also clean with bathub.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, clean hotel, good breakfast, good dinner
Cons: Prices for dinner were a bit steep but good was good
Excellent 8.0
Pros: the position was amazing. the price was Brilliant and the friendly staff. the welcoming drink.
Cons: although I know rooms are not being serviced at present. but 2 small milks 2 tea bags snd 2 coffees for 2 people are not enough for a 4 day stay. although extra towels were put in, again not enough, and bins were not emptied either. no draws to put your clothes in. for a four day stay this was difficult.
Okay 5.0
Pros: nice and clean and tidy. no fault on that front
Cons: we upgraded and paid extra for a superior room however got none of the extras provided. while it’s not a massive issue we weren’t provided with biscuits in the room or daily newspaper. I don’t see why we would have paid extra for to be not provided with these. in addition the room was not cleaned between out 2 nights so we were not provided with any more toilet paper after only been given half a roll to start with so obviously we ran out. we also only had a couple tea bags and milk so we could only have tea one morning of our stay. I would have expected those to be replenished in all honesty.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: things that I liked about the property were that it was in a very good location it was very easy to get around five minute walk from the shopping centres and Christmas markets it had a good variety of stores around and nearby transport
Cons: what I didn’t like about the hotel was that they didnt have parking for there guests but they did have a discount with a nearby parking but it was expensive we paid £40 for the two days that we stayed and that is with a discount
Okay 5.0
Pros: location
Cons: cleanliness. room wasn’t clean at all.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Lovely clean warm hotel, central location, little shop across the road, everything is walking distance, staff are friendly, beds clean and warm, and most of all, quite at night time for a good sleep, will be back, thank you Jury's Inn
Cons: All was excellent
Excellent 10.0
The room was small for 3 but beds were comfy. I wouldn’t have included breakfast if Id known it wasn’t a proper breakfast but rather a pre packed one. But it was very little extra to add it on anyway. All in all a good stay.
Okay 4.4
We were very excited about this trip. On arrival the staff were very dismissively seemed fed up. When we got to our room it was average, very stuffy, window barley opened so we couldn’t get air in. We had paid for breakfast in the morning which was actually a bag sent to our room in the AM which was a porridge pot, piece of fruit and a bar? How this is acceptable I don’t know? Every other hotel in belfast was serving proper breakfast. The “hot” bap was inedible. If your just looking for a bed to sleep in this is your place, if you want an experience and some down time too well then I advise you to avoid this place at all costs. Will not be staying again.
Excellent 10.0
Staff fantastic, hotel spotless and right in the centre of everything
Excellent 10.0
A night away and was central to everything. Was perfect
Excellent 10.0
My 2nd time staying in this hotel. Lovely clean spacious rooms in a city centre location and great value for money. Highly recommend
Excellent 9.2
loved the location. staff were great. the breakfast was great. bar good but menu for food could be better
Excellent 9.1
Everything, was fantastic, till the last morning. the water, went off, no shower, no water to flush, the toilet or was your hands. Ask the reception, to make sure I had a room, as soon as I arrived, in Jurys Inn, Christchurch, Dublin. So that I could have a shower. She, just made, sure I had a reservation. Nothing, about a early chick in and no composition, not good enough
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location. Three star hotels are about average and so was this one.
Cons: Needed a printer in case one needs to print off boarding passes.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Room was clean and policies are environmentally pro-active.
Cons: The attached restaurant & bar had weak service.
Excellent 8.2
Arrived at 4pm (3pm check in) to a long queue in the lobby to be told that our room was not ready. Waited 45mins after going up twice to the receptionist and the room was finally ready. The staff were always pleasant but it’s highly unprofessional that the rooms weren’t ready in a 4 star hotel.
Excellent 8.9
very good bus stoped out side hotel
Excellent 8.4
All positive
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Was very good - no fridge in room and I had insulin injection - bit kept it cool in bathroom in water! A mini fridge would be a good option and offered when you arrive , even at a nominal cost!! Breakfast was really good! I have booked up again for July 2019 as i like the hotel and it's location however it is very expensive!
Cons: The prices for room service is very expensive and then you also have to pay an additional amount on top of price - didn't use it for this reason!! Think with the costs of room breakfast should be included!
Excellent 9.1
very enjoyable stay. helpful staff. will be back.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Easy check in, spacious room, easy for a week long stay, warm and inviting
Good 6.5
lovely room nice and quiet. what ruined the stay was the bar. service very poor beer was flat and tasted awful and when i pointed it out to barmsn he just shrugged his shoulders. i ordered food waited 45 mins for it to arrive.almost all tables stacked up with empty dirty glasses..whikst recently refurbusged tge sears were very uncomfortable .great pkace to stay but est abd dri k out the city somewhere
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The rooms were updated and clean. It is in a great central location in belfast. We were cycle touring and they had a storage area where we could store our bikes. The staff was very friendly.
Cons: It was unusually hot the night we were there and the rooms did not have A/C and were very warm. We had the window open but with little airflow and the sound of the traffic, we did not sleep well.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent location!!
Cons: Closer parking would have been nice.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Location Sound proof Windows Staff
Cons: Could be more at breakfast Rooms stuffy
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location and cleanliness of the room.
Cons: Limited room service food options after 10pm
Excellent 10.0
Was welcomed very well was asked what the occasion was told the staff it was a gift from the family to celebrate my husbands 65th birthday up graded the room and gave my husband a box of chocolates and staff were very helpful and food was excellent would stay again
Good 7.1
Pros: Nice looking rooms
Cons: Walls were paper thin.could hear everything from people beside us
Okay 5.7
Pros: It was centrally located. Our room was bare but clean
Cons: There was one member of the staff at the front desk that was particularly unhelpful. One of those people that follows the rules but doesn't go out of her way for anything. Unfortunately, don't remember her name, but she was small, young, and slightly chubby.

Pros: Room was very clean and nicely laid out. Staff were very friendly.
Cons: Mattress was a bit tired.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The food
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Everything in the main
Cons: The shower is such that the whole bathroom floor becomes wet but there's no mats to put down after to keep your feet dry so had to use a folded hand towel. Disappointing that there was no daily room make up service so that the tea, coffee and milk were inadequate after Day 1 and we were stuck with a dirty sopping wet hand towel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was really tasty
Cons: All was good
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Welcome pack was exceptional and gave a great firt impression. The location could not have been better.
Cons: Bed was a little uncomfortable. Could do with a topper but after a few drinks round the corner we slept well.

Excellent 10.0
Always love the Ramada. Centrally located in the cathedral quarter of Belfast. Easy walking distance to everything. Lovely hotel. Rooms clean, comfortable and have all you need
Excellent 10.0
Easy for a city break , carpark literally under the same roof , not part of the hotel but was only £10 for the car for overnight park from 7pm to 1pm next day
Good 6.8
Very expensive for one night, had to pay extra for breakfast. Paint on wall not properly finished. Bed uncomfortable. Breakfast was lovely
Excellent 8.0
Staff were em very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect. Lakes in multi story 2 minutes away. Food was very good
Excellent 10.0
Great hotel, few minutes walk from cathedral Quarter which has a great selection of bars with live music. The City centre shopping is a ten minute walk. Highly recommended staying here
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff were so helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Room was very clean. Shower was great!! Would defo stay here again!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.7
Cons: I didn’t like the fact that when we went to our friends room we were told that we weren’t aloud be in their room
Excellent 8.0
Pros: location, friendly staff
Cons: rooms very basic, some rooms were adjoining, very little privacy in these rooms, walls very thin
Okay 5.1
Pros: Location
Cons: Strictly functional room was noisy and very warm. Bed very uncomfortable.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Clean cut basic hotel, perfect location fabulous staff and beautiful food would definitely recommend this hotel as it has two car park options and is within walking distance to Odassey/ Titanic quarters and the city centre
Mediocre 3.7
Cons: Very expensive with very limited amenities. The hotel kitchen closes early. SUPER Uncomfortable bed. The room was comparable to a dorm room in college. I requested a quiet room and was placed on the first floor. There is a dj playing loud music in the bar until 1am or so and I was able to hear every word of each song played. My breakfast in the morning wasn't even included and was pricey. I would not recommend or ever go back.
