Cons (-) It was horrible... There was dead roaches all over the place and some climbing the walls. The TV remote even had a smashed dead roach on it. The sheets had food on them. The door entrance looked like someone used a crowbar to get in. No hot water; so couldn't take shower but still wouldn't due to the dead roaches on floor as well.
