Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, close to the beach, attractions, and public transport. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained facilities. Some found the beds uncomfortable and mentioned issues with amenities like TV and WiFi. While a few guests felt the hotel offered good value for the price, the overall experience was mixed due to significant cleanliness and comfort issues.
