The “Garden Suite" is a purpose built, spacious, unstaffed, self-contained guest suite/apartment, with a separate private entrance and contactless self check-in via a lockbox. The suite accommodates two adults and features a queen bed (in an open plan space), double bed (in a bedroom), living and dining room spaces, bathroom, kitchen, laundry and private garden courtyard with outdoor dining setting. Located in Kenmore, in Brisbane's leafy inner western suburbs, we are conveniently situated just 10km from Brisbane's CBD, whilst being enviably positioned to benefit from the surrounding beauty and tranquility of the Cubberla Creek Reserve. We are within walking distance of a number of popular cafes and award winning restaurants, close to public transport (300m to bus and 3km to train) and just 21km from Brisbane's domestic and international airports. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: *We accommodate up to 2 adults 21yrs and older. Children are not accommodated at this property. *Checkin/checkout times are non-negotiable due to pre-scheduled housekeeping services and room preparation time restraints between bookings. *We do not accommodate pets - no exceptions. The property interior is carpeted. *This property is for the use of those guests booked to stay. Visitors are not permitted on the property grounds, or in accommodation at any time.
