Very friendly & helpful staff, the window with a view, location, the modern art, & the curved wall was cool.
Having to pay a bond, which I don't think we got back, we didn't take anything, & left it fairly tidy.
Staff were really nice, and felt like a lot of extra special touches for the room.
The blue nightlight was a nice touch, and the room and hotel is visually stunning. Enjoyed that it was only 4 stories high, with the 5th floor having a gym. Convenient walk to the train station and all restaurants and things to do in the valley.
Shower pressure and temperature could have been better. Would have liked to open the window, instead of using air conditioner.
Great location, super friendly staff, beautiful hotel and rooms
I paid additional rate for breakfast only to be told breakfast was not available on weekends?
The staff were all lovely and the spaces on the first floor to seat was great
The coffee machine was so dirty, we had to run the whole water container through once before it ran through clean and without bits in it.
