Pros (+) Staff was friendly, location close to beach and excellent restaurants. Cheap hotel parking. Good for partying.
Cons (-) Old building, rooms are spartan and need upgrading. Some fixtures are on their last legs. TV hasn't been updated in 15 years at least. Not good if you want some quiet time. Not actually on beach, and no beach views.

Pros (+) Very well kept and decorative lobby Restaurant had delicious food and drinks Very comfortable bed Friendly staff Close to beach and downtown Cabo.
Cons (-) Several small bugs in shower and bathroom counter area. Restaurant was expensive. Pool bar closestool early.
