Pros: The rooms were good. Front desk service was unacceptable. Breakfast was not as advertised.
Cons: Pool was to be open by 7 am. The individual at the front desk had no clue how to open the door and she was very rude. I had to do it. Breakfast was in a bag.... a yogurt and a muffin. Not as advertised. Based on how we were treated, we would never stay here again and will let everyone we know not to stay here. This hotel does not care about their guests. I will be contacting the owner on Monday.

Cons: I had a group with me and we had booked about 11 rooms in total. In half of the rooms the tv didn't work, the shower knob in bathroom was broken and 2 rooms had no heat, like at all!!! The people in one of the rooms with no heat complained, the maintenance went to the room, was unable to fix it and DID NOT move them to another room. These people slept in a room at 45F the whole night. Unacceptable!

Cons: The bed sagged in the middle seemed as old as the hotel. The security was horrible - no one properly locked our room door and when told, the door wasn't latching properly, no one took the care to make sure after cleaning that the door was latched.

Cons: Everything was great during this Covid situation. The hotel was clean, social distancing was no problem, no complicated rules. Breakfast was juice, hard boiled egg, fresh fruit, cheese, bagel with cream cheese and a muffin packaged nicely! Good job Super 8!

Cons: No bathtubs in the washrooms. Our refrigerator kept everything at a balmy 16°C. Asked the front desk for assistance to fix it and they promised to come look at it but never showed up. Continental breakfast is lame at best. No bathrobes as advertised.

Cons: When I got there I was sweating after dragging my luggage for 3 blocks from bus stop.front desk guy ask me very suspiciously Do I have reservations. I say do.Next thing he ask Do I have credit card.I say yes.Next again he ask Do I have a smart phone.I say I have 2 smart phones.Then he went inside to check my ID.Thats so rude he made his assumptions about me by just looking at me.All he need to do was take my ID and check my reservations. He could automatically had known Yes to all his questions.This is called lack of basic COMMON SENSE.

Cons: There was no heat, broken glass on the floor, dirty sheets and towels, the tv didn't work, the bathroom fan was loud and falling off the ceiling, and there were dirty boot prints on the floor and toilet seat.
