Pros: All very clean, beautifully designed and luxurious feeling. Room felt spacious, and homely. Loved the French doors opening to balcony - lovely big trees and gardens to look out to. Bed was super comfy, loved the big bath. Staff left me a nice little birthday treat in our room, thank you! Would stay here again. We didn’t stay long enough to be able to use the pool, gym and sauna facilities but were pleasantly surprised with how great the gym set up was.

Cons: Restaurant/ cafe on site is quiet pricey - but not too bothered about it, as plenty of options around town, nothing was too far away.

Pros: The location and style of this property was exceptional. The ambience of the rooms were comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were always friendly and attentive nothing was too much trouble. We dined each night during our stay and the wait staff Riya, Alexis and Justin were exceptional, their service was great and the food was divine. A perfect 10 will definitely stay again.

Pros: We totally enjoyed our stay at Manuka Park Serviced Apartments. Location was perfect for us being close to the shops and parks. Super friendly as well as professional staff members. Our room was cleaned perfectly as well as being set up for our needs. We are looking forward to our next trip.

Wasn't aware that the apartments were being used for isolation/quarantine My card had already been charged when I checked out, and was not the card I wanted to use. Extra charge added for using a card; was not aware of this.

Cons: Disappointed to pay via Eftpos and get an extra charge for doing so

Pros: After driving 7 hours the room was perfect. Provided the comfort I needed after a long trip before an early flight.

Cons: I purchased the eggs on toast for breakfast. And it was 2 over cooked eggs on the smallest pieces of bread I have ever seen followed by a cold coffee I had one sip and walked out to than buy a good coffee at the airport.

Cons: Housekeeping was clumsy. The room wasn’t cleaned throughly. I saw some stains (not made by us) on the bathroom ceiling which hadn’t been cleaned. Teas and shampoos weren’t refilled unless we asked for. Dirty dishes weren’t cleaned straight away. Our card keys didn’t work pretty much during the half of our stay. Only fixed just two days before our check-out.

Pros: It suited us as a couple. We were catching an early flight the next morning. Position very close to Canberra Airport.

Cons: Staff at check-in went missing after being asked to be excused. Was not available for a few minutes. Another staff member in casual clothes assisted in checkin. Paid $40 per person ($160 for the family) for breakfast just to find that the breakfast is from the menu with a price list.....the prices regardless of what you have does not exceed $30. What a waste of $ and a rip off. Breakfast ordered mentioned egg per our choice but the person at the bar said it comes with poached egg. Had to say that I don't like it and requested eggs per my choice. After this, the breakfast for me and myb wife came without bacon. Service was horrible in the restaurant.

Pros: Location is perfect, close to Kingston foreshore and a bunch of delicious restaurants, and within close drive of all major attractions. Rooms are always tidy and feel fresh. I stay here once every month and its always consist, home away from home.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent, As was dinner the night before. The staff were friendly, very helpful, made me feel at home. The shower had great water pressure, better than at home and we have good pressure. The food prices were very good as were the drink prices.

We got awoken about 1:30am due to people shouting and swearing in the next room which end up with a chair being thrown at the window and the police being called. We certainly don’t appreciate the lack of follow up especially having two kids below 7 being exposed to the terrible language. Wouldn’t stay there again if they paid me.

Cons: Dated bathroom and shower. Waited over an hour for room service. Access to car park via lift is so long and painful as only 1 lift takes you to car park, and lift is very slow. Ridiculous in the morning when everyone is checking out and trying to get to carpark. Won’t stay again

Cons: The pool is very cold with no heating. Parking is difficult on Friday and Saturday nights, you may have to park at the convention centre which isn’t ideal if you have young kids with you.

Pros: The location and ease of travelling around the city and hotel was fantastic. It was very busy and there was a real buzz in the hotel with a lot of people there for different reasons.

Cons: Housekeeping took a long time to get us extra towels and there was no one to take a call and it ended up going to reception that was busy with other guests.

Cons: I know its a small thing but it was annoying to access the PowerPoint's beside the bed. I like to have my phone directly next to me charging. To plug into the PowerPoint was a bit of a pain and there were webs, dust and spiders behind the bedside table. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Also the quilt cover was itchy. The design catches on your skin and isn't comfortable to sleep in. I know the price is low but these things could make the stay a little more enjoyable.

Pros: Many power points for phone and computer charging. It is like being at home - You feel welcome and the staff are genuinely friendly. The room was "like new" all appliances were clean and looked new. Goog bed and plenty of hot water.

Pros: I like it's proximity to my aunt, the relative ease of parking, and the cleanliness of the room. The room was small , but had everything you needed which was great . Also the rooms are pretty sound proof, as couldn't hear my direct neighbours.

Cons: I was in room 42. The bed was not firm enough, and the pillows too flat, my guess is they need replacing. I would recommend this hotel, but warn them about the bed possibly being not firm enough.

Cons: Upon check in well after the 2pm check in time my room wasn't ready and I had driven 4.5hrs to get there so I was extremely tired and just wanted a shower and to relax. I was told it should be ready within an hour and seeing as the hotel isn't located within walking distance of anything I was forced to sit in the lobby as I could not face getting back into the car and driving again. When I was finally let into my room, there was no power in the room whatsoever ever, I attempted to plug my phone charger in and charge my phone, there was no power, I attempted to turn the TV on, there was no power, I attempted to put a few things I had purchased on the way into the fridge, there was no power. I called reception to let them know and they told me they could call me back, 20 minutes later they called me back and asked to come down to reception to collect a different room key as I could move to the room next door but unfortunately it was a disabled access room. I said I didn't mind and collected the room key. When I finally swapped rooms I walked into the disabled access room and it was like a sauna inside, it was 32 degree in Canberra and the air conditioning system did not work in the room, I attempted to follow instructions to turn it on and nothing happened. By this time it was nearly 7pm and all I wanted was a shower and to go to bed so I did and got not sleep whatsoever as it was so extremely hot and stuffy in the room and there were no windows that opened. Once I left I made the decision to never return to this hotel again, apart from being run down and in the middle of nowhere, it just doesn't stack up against the many other options for accommodation in Canberra. The staff were more than helpful when prompted and you could tell they were well aware of the conditions of the property but professionally put on a smile nonetheless.

Pros: All nice ,but only two staff on the bar ,on Saturday night ,had to line up constantly ,they were run off their feet ,looking after the bar ,taking restaurant orders ,and clearing plates away ,not fare on them .

Cons: We could not get served dinner as there was not enough staff on and we were advised to eat else where Breakfast - we waited for 1/2 an hour to get served - had to ask for menus and to order and were ignored - other people were served before us that arrived after us. Not good when you have two small children to feed. There was no mini bar in the room?? The aircon was very noisy all night. There was two bandaids in the spa and one got stuck to my daughter - that is disgusting/very unsanitary. There were no towels in the pool area and we had to get more from reception - difficult with two kids who wanted to swim straight away.

And it was only two nights.
