Pros (+) The rooms were very clean and had beautiful bathrooms. The free cookies at check in/check out were a nice touch.
Cons (-) There were no free travel amenities. When I asked guest services for q-tips I was told they "are available for purchase" at the small store in the lobby.
Cons (-) Upon arrival we find out that are unavailable because they have no more king suites available. They told us that they found one available and we went up to our room. Once we unpacked out things and before we planned to go out for the evening we go to take a shower and we realize that the room is a handicapped room and the shower is extremely uncomfortable.
