We were there for a large sporting event. They were disorganized and did not get our rooms ready until after 6:30 PM when check in is 3. The excuses given was that the people from the previous night didn’t check out until 12- which is checkout time. If it’s procedure I’m not sure where the problem was. Then once we got to to the room,, they were not the room that I booked. The keys didn’t all work...

Pros (+) Great location if you have a scheduled event at the convention center. Good amenities.
Cons (-) Bed was uncomfortable. Man at check in was working on computer and told me to what a minute. After several minutes (5-7), when a supervisor came out of the back and asked if I needed help, he then stopped what he was doing to help me.
