Staff at pickup was efficient and friendly.Car had low tire pressure warning light on at pickup. Tire lost pressure overnight. Drop off location as promised on reservation was closed with no drop box. Took car to other location, and they were unable to take me 3.2 miles back to the closed location due to COVID. Told me to leave keys with car dealer and they would pick up when they had a chance. Website info on drop off locations was incorrect. Limited weekend hours are problematic. I now don’t know whether my car has been returned and how much extra I will have to pay due to the inaccurate information provided. If your motto for years is “we will pick you up,”, you might want to notify folks that you are unable to do so more clearly.

Best rental car ever. We have had a Range Rover as rental car. Drove a lot of miles without any difficulty.

Not switching me to a gas hogging mini van. Your website was supposed to put me in a Vera and instead I got a gas hogging minivan. At least you could have lowered my rate

I had to clean the entire fan upon arriving at home after pick up. It appeared the van was vacuum but not wiped down or cleaned. There was dirt all over the seats and food in the cup holder. Really disappointing. Also the gas tank only had 5/8 of gas in it...

I LOVE THAT AT THIS LOCATION THERE IS PLENTY OF FREE SAFE PARKING TO LEAVE YOUR CAR WHEN PICKING UP YOUR RENTAL. The counter staff are especially friendly and go out of their way to make sure you get a car you will enjoy driving. Love them!!

A satisfied customerThe surprising part for me was I asked for a nissan altima and instead was given a nissan murano! My wife and son were so excited because it was the vehicle that I wanted to rent before the purchase. It drove like a champion I loved it so much we are thinking about purchasing one!Overall I was satisfied so no complaints.

SatisfactoryThe customer service was good.They didn't have the rental vehicle ready that I had reserved/requested ao we had to pay more to get the next vehicle class that was ready. Also car wasn't properly inspected. Left front turn signal was inoperative. We didn't know this until we were over an hour away.

Detroit EnterpriseEveryone from the shuttle drivers to the people on the desk was friendly and helpful. Coming from Detroit from Florida in December was slightly traumatic. When i got to my car, Steve, had turned on the heater full blast. Steve is my favorite.Next time I visit during the winter, I will upgrade to a sturdier car. The Mitsubishi Mirage I had was no match for the first snow storm of the season.
