I booked the car and when I went to get it, it was not there. They did not have a vehicle for me at all. It’s now been three days and I STILL DO NOT HAVE A VEHICLE!!! I’ve had to pay out of pocket for hotels and all they can do is put stuff in their notes, put urgent on my file and tell me someone will call. No one ever calls. So I’m still stuck in this horrible city and want to go home. I had to sell my wedding ring and band just so I could get more hotels that’s I can’t afford. Someone please help me!!

The vehicle was excellent and clean.Thia email did not come thru by the time I picked vehicle, and nothing showed on their end. So I assumed it did not go through. They did not recommend using places like kayak. I still rented same vehicle but at a higher price. NEXT TIME I WILL PLAN BETTER.
