The staff was cery accomodating and my car was ready.Cons:
The attnedant decided to give us an “upgrade” to a ford and thats when things just got bad. The car was not fuel efficient amd all the controls are corky - didnt like the car at all10.0 Wonderful

The guy that checked us in was very nice.Cons:
The hidden fees. We ended up paying approximately $40 more than stated for hidden taxes and fees. Also, we returned the car with a fuel tank but they managed to somehow fill it up even more at an extortionate rate. Makes us wonder if the car was being used after we returned it on OUR rental. I will probably avoid Hertz in the future.Thrifty
