Responsibility after drop off and not gas reimburs
Pros: Friendly personal
Cons: I didn't like the fact that after dropping off the car on Sunday (the office was closed) I found a paper stating that I am responsible for the car until the next business day. I find this unfair. I could keep the car in safer location till the next business day.
I wasn't reimbursed for more gas I brought with the car than it was available.

Cons: Pickup too far from airport, but was able to drop off at airport even though the rental place said it would cost an eclxtra $50 to do so, but the airport rental waived this

Pros: They picked us up and drove us to their location. Paperwork was completed quickly. Absolutely no problem with the car for the week. When we returned the car, they drove us back home right away, no waiting for a shuttle.
Cons: I would have appreciated a notice of a few different traffic signals in BC since they saw my drivers license was from Quebec.

Pros: It was the people at SEA-TAC who made this an ordinary rental- no issue with the North Vancouver office.

Great service. Great deal. Free upgrade to a Mazda
Pros: Website was easy to use. Pickup was easy. Free upgrade was nice! Drop off was sick and customer service was great!

Pros: I accidentally booked the wrong location, but they got me in a mini van that I could take up to whistler at the airport location. Thanks for being so flexible!

Pros: the pick up and very quick sign up and completion at drop off.
Pros: The dropoff was done fast, we didn't have to wait long!
Cons: There is no Avis sign outside the building, so we drove around the place for a while, unable to find it. We eventually called, and the lady explained that we had to park at the hotel, and there was a counter inside. It was a little confusing.

Pros: We were able to upgrade to a van, and they gave us a discount! The pickup was a lot faster than last time, it was efficient, even though we were a little early! The lady at the desk was nice and friendly.
Cons: I tried calling to confirm the reservation the day before. I called 5 times - once I was told they'd call me back and they never did. I called 3 more times and no one answered. The last time, they put me on hold for 20 minutes, and I had to hang up before someone got to me because I had an appointment.
