Pros (+) Nothing really they gave us a room with a broken toilet and refused to get us a new room or refund us

Cons (-) Rude staff members specially a young black guy at the counter, he is by far the most u helpful person I have ever met, this guy was terrible and mediocre .

Cons (-) For some reason, too many people were walking back and forth yelling and talking loud as they past our room. perhaps the rooms nee d more sound proofing, or that day, there were some loud people with no respect for others, that were visiting.
Cons (-) Had to switch rooms 3x because they were infested with cockroaches. It was disgusting!!! Luckily the third room didn't have the roach problem but I had to be in the smoking section area. Would never stay in that hotel again.
Cons (-) Bad location. Young kids partying until 5 in the morning. Called the front desk and security 5 separate times and nothing happened. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing and overall just a sketchy place.
