Pros:Liked living section of my room.
Cons:1. Cleanliness. The same dirt, trash were on the hallway and entrance during the 3 nights and 4 days stay. 2. Staff professionalism. 3. Should have dress code, Shaven-a staff looked like he just got back from jungle training, and a staff looked liked been wearing the same clothes for 3days, could see the same dandruff flakes on shirt. 4. Never heard the vacuum running when maid service was cleaning rooms which explains the same dirt on hallway carpet. 5. The toilet takes 4 flushes and was never clogged. It just had a weak flow. 6. Mgmt clearly was not concerned just only on profits...leadership by walking around. 7. I booked my stay due to it being labeled Category 4 on Bonvoy website...it was a BIG LIE! it was more like Category 1 or less. 8. Patrons who rated it 4 star obviously were accustomed to living in substandard conditions in their homes.
Pros:The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Loved the mini fridge and little kitchenette area. Bathroom was spotless and shower pressure was amazing! Bed was very clean and comfortable. the hotel is a convenient distance to St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach.
Cons:The first night I was there my friend left 40 bucks on a table. I forgot to grab it the next day before I left and when I returned that evening, my room had been serviced and the money was missing. I blame myself for not picking it up but it was disappointing to have it stolen by the staff. Right by the St. Pete airport and the airplane noise overhead was a little much in the mornings.
Pros:We arrived and checked right in went to our nice very large room and was able to relax with plenty of towels for all of us. We just came from Disney World to spend a relaxing day at the beach and so I needed to do a load of laundry, there is only one washer and one dryer so it took a little while since the dryer takes a little long and I had to wait for some else to finish. I did only have cash and the desk was so helpful in being able to change it for a roll of quarters! The beds are comfy and bathroom is large. The breakfast was better then any other hotels we have been to and had a huge variety to choose from. It is about 30 mins from any beach and we had already choosen Fort Desoto cause we heard it was nice and not crowded and they were right! It was a nice day. There is only a couple of fast food places around like a Chick-fil-a but that worked for us and there is a couple shopping centers and Restaurants about 12 mins away. Check out was quick and easy! We will bs staying here next time we come for the price and the comfort this place offers!
Cons:Only one washer and dryer but it was not the end of the world
Pros:Bed was really comfortable.
Cons:The Market was a bit pricey!!
