Pros (+) Value was great if you want to go to Paris but not pay the same prices for hotels in Paris. The hotel was about a 7minute walk from the metro line - about 25-35 minutes to central Paris depending on where you were going.
Cons (-) In general, the area is under a lot of construction. There was no noise from that audible from our room, but I'm sure the views would have been nicer.
