Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and stunning ocean views, which contributed positively to their stays. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, poorly maintained or missing amenities, and discrepancies between advertised facilities and reality. While some guests enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the value for money, others were disappointed by the outdated rooms, malfunctioning air conditioning, and noise disturbances. Overall, the positives centered on the view, service, and location, but improvements in cleanliness and facilities are needed.
