Pros: Contour, though a small airline, does a great job on both ends of the flight — Tupelo and Nashville. The price is unbeatable and it's a much better option from Tupelo than taking the time to drive.

Cons: Oh, please don't change! Only suggestion is that in Nashville at the check-in desk, perhaps a sign that says "if you aren't checking bags, feel free to check-in online and proceed through security." Otherwise, folks may wait a bit before someone arrives at the desk.
