Pros (+) Location in Dubuque, IA was perfect; central to all the places we wanted to visit.
Cons (-) The building's lack of soundproofing coupled with sticking doors made for many startling jumps as our 'neighbors' slammed into and out of their adjacent rooms. Loud conversation in the parking lot was disruptive. The linens were so bleach burned and thin I had to call housekeeping for a new top sheet; the towels were so rough they actually hurt when using to dry off. When morning came I discovered...

Cons (-) Room was filthy not cleaned what so ever.. ordered non smoking... Full ash tray sitting in room.. needless to say I didn't stay

Pros (+) Nothing except for the staff at the desk were polite and efficient
Cons (-) Lower level room was damp and musty. Ceiling leaked during rain. AC control knobs broken & shafts wouldn't move. No cold water at sink. Bad beds - sheets seemed clean but were stained. No sound at TV. Worst Motel 6 stay I've had, and about the worst motels I've ever stayed in.
