Cons (-) The staff could have been a lot better. After having to wait 30 minutes because their system was down they gave poor customer service. I had a couple of friends meet me because we were all attending a festival and I was taking long because of the wait. Cons (-) The hotel was not clean at all. I have never had any problems with other hotels like this. The carpet had not been vacuumed, the tub had long hairs in it and on the shower curtain. The bathroom sink had dirt all over it. The sheets and blankets had to be changed when we got there because there was stains and other stuff on them. Pros (+) The price was the only thing that got my attention.
Cons (-) Pool was closed, after I called earlier that morning and said it would be open. Stains covered the entire comforter, pillows had blood stains and yellow stains covering them. Mold in that bathroom they covered up with white caulk. Do not be a cheapskate and book this hotel for your family. We checked out immediately and went down the road to a Hilton for $40 more and well worth it! They would not ...
