Delayed almost 2h
Good budget airline, comfortable seats and pleasant crew
The crew was efficient and welcoming. Boarding was a bit messy, some delay in the cleaning, it seems. All the rest was accordingly the flight tipology.
I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.
test
Pros: The flight was fine.
Cons: Super delayed. I arrived in Vienna at night with no further outbound flights because of the delay. Also, the airline will not accept responsibility for the missed connection so Im done with Eurowings.
Pros: It flights themselves were fine. A 45 minute delay sucked though.
Cons: Service & Notification. The airline switched my itenerary without alerting me which made me miss a connection. The resulting troubleshooting with the airline has been non-existent. I will not fly Eurowings again.
Pros: Seat was very comfortable. Crew was excellent
Cons: The warm sandwich with the snack was just OK; rest of food was pretty good
Pros: The flight was pretty smooth considering it was a small plane.
Cons: I did not appreciate having to give my hand luggage into the hold which meant that I did not have any money to purchase any drinks on the flights and I was also sitting next to an overweight man which made it very tight for space.
Pros: ?
Cons: No
Pros: Row 3, loads of leg room, the filter coffee was excellent, just a really calm, well run flight
Cons: Seat prices were expensive and should really be free as if you are a family of 4, this will add well over £50 to your flight costs.
Pros: Entertainment was good.
Cons: The crew was horrible. They walked through the aisles with no regard for passengers seated in the aisles. No food over a 9 hr transatlantic flight. This was not explained in the ticket. This was absolutely absurd. I have never experienced that before
Cons: The flight was delayed 40min So i missed the connection in Leipzig
Cons: The temperature at altitude was far too warm for my comfort.
Pros: The plane left and arrived on time.
Cons: The seats were just okay, not comfortable. No snacks or drinks were complimentary.
Pros: Boarding and getting off the plane was fast
Cons: Our luggage space was occupied with bags from passengers from other rows.
Cons: It was so late and we were not told anything!!!
Pros: Punctual
Cons: Seats
Cons: Paid for high speed WiFi Could not even check my mails
Pros: Easy boarding
Cons: Leaving on time
Cons: Late
Pros: It was efficient
Cons: More comfortable
Pros: Awful!!!!
Very poor service
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything from checking in where I asked for an aisle seat and was informed that I was given an aisle seat just to find that I was given a middle seat on both legs even though I had checked in for the second leg of the trip. Added to which my luggage is now missing
Cons: I missed my connection in Dusseldorf because none of the 12passport gates worked. Two border agents tried to handle the crowd, but I arrived at the gate 1 minute after flight close. Neither the agents at the gate nor at the transfer desk were willing to help me get to Manchester. Never fly EW again.
Cons: The seats are uncomfortable and too close together. The flight was late because we circled the airport several times in the air, and spent thirty minutes waiting on the tarmac to come to the gate. The stewardess spilled on my neighbor each time she filled my water.
Nothing special
Pros: Eurowings is an average low-budget flight. But at least the equipment looked all right, and it was clean. Ohh and the y didn’t loose my luggage (as I was travelling through connections, I was worried bit).
Cons: No food or drink is included in the price, narrow seats, delayed flight. We were already seated when it turned out the departure will be delayed by 30 mins. No toilet use during this time....

Pros: The crew was fine and boarding was efficient.
Cons: We missed our connecting flight, had to wait six hours to fly to Munich, then sat in the Munich airport for four more hours as the flight to Milan was delayed. My bag made it to Milan by 10:30, I arrived at 22:00.
On board Eurowings flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x40x23cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Eurowings assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.

KAYAK is a travel search engine, meaning that we continuously look across the web to find the best deals for our users. With over 2 billion flight queries processed yearly, we are able to display a variety of prices and options on flights from all airlines, including Eurowings.
Mainly focusing on low-cost direct services across Europe, Eurowings flies to more than 25 countries. Based in Düsseldorf, the carrier has more than 10 additional operating hubs across Germany, Austria, Kosovo and Spain. This spread of facilities allows point-to-point scheduling and the ability to minimize operating costs that are typically passed down to customers. Transatlantic flights are also available to the United States, Mexico and the Caribbean. Long-haul services such as these are predominantly operated out of either Munich, Cologne or Düsseldorf.
It is solely owned by the Lufthansa Group and functions as the budget carrier of the major airline. Aviation partnerships and route networking assisted by the parent company provide opportunities for Eurowings to maintain a wide variety of low-cost flights. Codeshare agreements are held with several major carriers, including United Airlines, Air Canada, Singapore Airlines, Brussels Airlines and Swiss International Air Lines.
A combination of Airbus, Boeing and De Havilland aircraft make up the airline’s fleet. Short-to-medium distance jets such as the Airbus A320 family are the preferred models. These fuel-efficient, narrow-body planes are ideally suited to the demands of direct services within Europe. Larger airlines, such as the Airbus A330, are chosen for transcontinental services, with the capacity to hold roughly 300 passengers. The fleet are decorated with a blue and maroon tail, while there is a special aircraft painted in Borussia Dortmund Football Club colors.
Customers can choose between Economy and Business Class on Eurowings flights. Business Class provides increased legroom as well as a free adjacent seat on short-haul routes. On long-distance flights, the Business Class seats recline to a flat bed.
