Pros:It was the lowest price I could find. There did seem to be a lot of leg room.
Cons:The airline didn't have a dedicated gate, and it was unclear where the gate would be until 1 hour before departure. I wasn't even able to get a seat assignment until 3 hours before the flight. Then we had to take a shuttle bus and go outside and up a ramp of stairs to board the plane. Glad it wasn't bad weather. Food was not great, and all we got for free to drink was water. All beverages were for purchase. No plugs for recharging devices. Not even screens on the back of the seats, you had to use your own device to stream movies.

Pros:Everything went pretty seamlessly... from the check-in to the flight itself. The flight crew and the meal service was wonderful!
Cons:The only negative experience occurred during the boarding process at the various airports. An attempt to implement a wise policy of boarding the plane from the back to the front created confusion due to a lack of boarding group numbers on the boarding passes themselves. As everything was done verbally, to a very large, multilingual crowd... confusion ensued.
