Pros (+) I liked the fact that there was a good coffee house right next store, that’s was about it.
Cons (-) Actually hire employees that wanted to do there job and not act like they were doing you a favor.
Pros (+) The General Manager is excellent, he was nice enough to ship my AMEX card back on my FED Ex account (the regular manager refused to do so, said he would keep in the safe until I drove to Folsom again (I live in Newport Beach so that was not going to be any time soon) . I had called on Friday afternoon or Saturday and the male manager told me it's against the rules and for security reasons ) .
Cons (-) Shower caps and other supplies at the front desk - I forgot my bathroom supply bag at home for the 1st time in 20 trips this year) . Friday morning front desk person should have supplied me but seems someone was a bit lazy to not check w/ the housekeeping dept)
Pros (+) Location is great. The gentleman who checked me in was efficient and polite.
Cons (-) Bottom room near elevator. I asked for a room that was away from the noise... room was a older room with older furniture. TV did not work at all.
