|Top route||Orlando to Philadelphia|
|Top airport||Denver Intl|
Flight attendants were friendly. Boarding was efficient and on time arrival
Got me from point A to point B!
No complaints. Wish they had DrPepper but that’s a Me problem. You get what you pay for and I’m good with that.
Flight was delayed on takeoff, was delayed landing, and took over 45 minutes for baggage claim to start
The sign at the gate had the wrong flight on it, causing a lot of confusion.
My flight to Miami had extremely rude & aggressive flight crew.
The Pilot on the flight from Phoenix to Denver was AWESOME!! FUNNY! WARM!! Fantastic Crew too!!
Flight attendants and desk employees rude and short.
So sad to say please improve your service
Staff needs more professionalism
I so Appreciated Each and Every Staff Member of the Denver Airport that assisted us in our travels. Also, the Flight Crew themselves, all were extremely courteous and most accommodating to my and my husband's physical disability and needs.
Flight was perfect. However. Seats were uncomfortable and could not go back.
Different type of airline prices are cheap at booking but you pay for everything else like food bags etc
Very smooth 👌
Easiness of the trip
Booked with kiwi, told them 5 minutes later I booked the wrong day. Have had no response and no way to communicate with them
Great price, good. Service.
Our flight to Orlando was full of issues. Frontier changed our flight time before we left for the airport and then changed it back. Our gate was changed 5 times. We ended up being delayed multiple time and didn't take off until over 2 hours later. We were put on the ramp to the plane then had to "de-plane". When we were able to board there was no organization. The overall experience was very poor.
Kayak booked my flight through Kiwi who was a nightmare to work with.
The flight was delayed over 2hours which alone was enough to complain about. Once the plane arrived, the one attendant cared more about messing around, talking joking and hugging with the airport staff, rather then getting on the plane to sanitize so we could board the plane. When I found my seat, there was a dirty sanitizer wipe resting in my seat, and there was what looked to be a loogie on my window. The same attendant who was goofing off with the other staff was then talking very condescending to the passenger in the row in front of me because he fell asleep and his mask fell under his nose but still covered his mouth. Next time I will pay more money to have a comfortable flight where my carryon is included.
Cramped. No room. But fast flight nice staff
Flight attendants were great
Crew was awesome and pilot was a woman - even better - we need more of those!!!
The airline charges fee for carryons
Nice flight. Seats are very uncomfortable though
Well, American Airlines cancelled two of my flights, cost an extra travel day, a hotel, and a rental car. All without reimbursement or vouchers. The in-flight crackers weren’t bad.
On board Frontier flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 60x40x25cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Frontier assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
Frontier offers direct flights to 119 cities in 15 different countries. Philadelphia, Orlando, and Las Vegas are the most popular cities covered by Frontier.
Frontier concentrates most of its flight operations in Denver.
KAYAK is a travel search engine, meaning that we continuously look across the web to find the best deals for our users. With over 2 billion flight queries processed yearly, we are able to display a variety of prices and options on flights from all airlines, including Frontier.
Focusing predominantly on domestic travel within the United States, Frontier flies to smaller regional locations as well as large cities. Controlling operations from a hub in Denver, the airline reaches more than 105 locations across the United States. Services are also available to international vacation destinations in Mexico, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Canada, and the Dominican Republic.
Frontier operates as an ultra-low-cost carrier with competitive prices and direct single-leg trips. Fares are kept low by sacrificing luxuries, such as in-flight entertainment devices, while meals and drinks can be purchased as extras. It is a subsidiary of IndiGo Partners, which also controls JetSMART, Volaris, and Wizz Air. A codeshare agreement is held with carrier Volaris, expanding the possible connections between Mexico and the United States.
It is possible to sit in either Economy or Stretch (their version of Premium Economy). The chairs are not designed to recline, meaning the person in front of you won’t encroach on your space. Seats in the Stretch section have roughly an extra 5 in of legroom and a large pull-out tray that is ideal for working on a laptop.
Exclusively Airbus aircraft are chosen for the fleet, with Frontier preferring narrow-body jets like the A320 family. One of the most commonly flown models is the A320neo, which has tremendous fuel efficiency and can carry approximately 186 passengers. The planes have distinctive animals painted on the tails and are all unique images. Among the animals featured are rabbits, dolphins, bears, sea otters, and penguins. The names of the characters appear underneath the cockpit windows.
